i agree that i dislike the new "fresh" flash frozen products that tim hortons now uses, however they do not taste completely raunchy unless they have been improperly prepared, or handed before production. they thaw Very quickly, like with in a few seconds so they need to be baked immediately, and if they are not stored properly in freezer, are burned easily. i would not recommend this location from personal experience of rude, clueless employees, a very cheap owner who cuts corners, wrong orders being received, and very UNfresh coffee and food, as well as iffy preparation techniques by most, but for the Canadians heading south to Florida, this is the LAST location on your way down. It is 24 hours , including the lobby. Id get out ,go in and ask for a new pot... it also ask them to freshly prepare your donuts since they do only take a few seconds. they will be gooey , but you will know they are fresh! Having been employed in both Canada, and the USA by Tim Hortons in the past, and being Canadian, I am very sad to see where the company has gone since the late 90s

Have been a loyal Tim Horton coffee drinker for years. In fact for those of you that dont know, they put Dunkin Donuts coffee to shame. A native of Mason, OH I have lived in Buffalo NY for many years before recently relocating. While in Buffalo I developed a strong taste for their coffee, and was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this location (there are none in Charlotte, NC). Sadly, this location is awful! I mean awful. Was served burned coffee on more then one location, they were also out of hash browns, ketchup, certain bagels & donuts the two times I was there (yeah they bake their own). The manager on duty seemed in a constant panic and her staff couldnt keep orders straight to save their lives. Not sure what else to say about this Timmys except that they will not be in business for long if this is typically customer service. I will not be going back.

I accidentally found Tim Hortons. I took a different route home b/c of traffic and noticed the Tim Hortons sign advertising their coffee. I decided to give it a try. WOW. It was so good I went back 3 hours later to get another cup. I am extremely fussy about my coffee so no doubt this coffee is out of this world. It is not overly strong or bitter, nor is it anywhere near weak. They also dont serve it at scalding hot temperatures, so you can actually enjoy it the minute you get it. I would say it has a warm, rich, nutty flavor and packs a good wake up punch. It reminds me of the coffee you get during dessert at a very upscale restaurant. Now that Ive thought abuot it, Im going to go get a cup! Oh, I should mention, a large cup was around $1.70 - amazing price for this coffee.

Open 24 hrs, we stopped at ten but when we ordered our coffee which was one decaf and one regular was told we dont have decaf. It isnt brewed after 2pm. So I ended up getting a regular also and asked for just a little ice to cool it down some as its always so hot. We got our coffee and mine was basically cold because to much ice got put in and the other coffee which he had three sugers added to it tasted like chicken. We always look for Tim Hortons because we always have gotten good coffee and service until today. How can you be open 24 hrs and not have decaf? Anywhere else we have ever stopped if they were out or it was "old" has made a new pot. VERY DISAPPOINTED, and will not be referring this location.

By far the most amazing breakfast you can get from a fast food joint. The staff were friendly and quick to help. And the whole place seemed spotless including the restrooms. Im saddened I cant visit Tim Hortons more often Ive never stepped into a bad location from the Tim Hortons chain. Im not saying they are impossible to find just saying they are few and far between and Ive never seen one.

I love this location! They are always polite and accomodating. I showed up at 2:48 am and the lovely young woman working today let me order breakfast though they werent quite ready to serve. Breakfast doesnt actually start till 3am. Many places would not do this, believe me, Ive tried. I wish I could remember her name bUT shes amazing. I will always go there because of the great service.

Very very disappointed... I went here to buy an iced coffee for my husband, but instead he got a warm iced coffee..I ordered a coffee for me and it was gross, Im a Canadian and I and a big fan of tim Horton but after this weekend not so much Im not coming back to this place... My husband drove an hour for me so that I could have timmies again...so Very disappointed

Trust me, I love donuts and I love to give good reviews. Unfortunately, every time I visit this location the quality seems poor. Even when we bring groups of people and they make all fresh.. Old oil? Im not sure. We have visited this location a few times this calendar year, all with the same results.

Employees are having a party up in here. Loud and obnoxious. Busier talking to each other than bringing timely service to the customer waiting. I have been to locations in Canada....but franchise in the U.S. is fair game. Tim Horton in Canada have class!

Got 2 coffees and one was a ice coffee. Messed up both coffees that we noticed right away. Then after they corrected the order they didnt give me a straw for the ice coffee. I love Tim Hortons but Im never going back to this one.

Ive enjoyed regular visits to this location, and the food and hospitality are always good. If a mistake is made, they are quick to correct it. I will continue to support Tim Hortons and enjoy what they have to offer

Im from the South. Dont see this chain there. Its a pleasantly different take on fast food--for breakfast and lunch alike. This location is a good example of the brand. Friendly, quiet, and good food.

Time Hortons is one of the better doughnut joints. Their ice Capps are really delicious. I was a bit let down that they decided to no longer serve chocolate milk for kids or their ice capps

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time having Tim Hortons, and the experience lived up to the hype. I will definitely stop by again on my next trip to Cincy.

My husband got a muffin and I am donut. They both were dry. Very disappointed in bakery items. Stick to the coffee only.

Great place to chill and enjoy a fun meal. There is also a Wendys in the same building, providing great variety.
