Both times I have been here I have had terrible customer service. Today I went there on my lunch break and the lady at the window told me my total, all I did was reach over and grab my card and hand it to her and she got very rude with me. Shoved the drink at me, rolled her eyes, and grabbed my card. Still not sure what the attitude was for. Was given no receipt and my drink was covered in cinnamon (it is not a drink that has cinnamon in it.) Yet the cup was covered in it. I wasnt upset until the woman shut the window on me and walked away before I could ask for a napkin. She also yelled "Danielle i want to switch, i cant do this" before closing the window. Extremely unprofessional and rude and I too work in customer service so I know how it can get. No excuse for her actions though. Also called to speak with manager and was left on hold for over 20 minutes then hung up on. Will not be going back.

First off I would like to start off by saying I am an emplyee at this starbucks and will stand by my fellow partners and say we do the best we an possibly do! Having said that people please understabd we make gormet drinks "made to order" and we are NOT fast food! I am generally a night shift employee but I highly respect the day shift partners on an average morning they serve well over 800 people with having a huge coperation right across the road! Please understand that we try our best with time and sometimes struggle in the drive-thru considering our drive thru can hold 8 cars at a time most people get 2 or more drinks and each drink takes about 1 min to make so if you the 3rd-8th person in line expect to wait I apologize for any inconvince we have caused anyone like I said we do our best we can possibly do.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had at Starbucks. Every time I stop, theres always an issue. I started ordering with my Starbucks app so all I would have to do was walk into this location, grab my coffee and go. This is never the case. My coffee was NEVER ready. I would order with the maximum time available to order using the app and every single time I went in, it was never ready. To top it off, anytime you go in to get your order, the baristas completely ignore you. I always tried being polite and tried not to interrupt them and I ended up waiting 15 minutes even after ordering ahead of time. I will never go back to this location and if you want to get your coffee in a timely manner, you wont either.

I been to this location several times as its convenient to my home. Every single time Ive been there, the employees act so lazy & like they are doing me a favor by making my $6.00 coffee. Six employees behind the counter & they are all more interested in talking to each other than they are of treating customers as human beings. I have several employees in the customer service field & if any one of them acted like one of these snobby baboons I would fire them on the spot. Wheres the manager or is that the main problem here? Clean it up starbucks! This place sucks!

When I stop by this store in the morning, the service is generally poor. It takes too long to go through the drive thu and the manager is not the nicest person Ive ever met. At night, the baristas seem quite a bit nicer and the drinks are usually made better. I would recommend this cafe to someone looking for an evening caffenine fix but keep away if you need coffee in the morning. Theres a Boston Stoker down the street in Dorthy Lane Market thats a lot better anyways.

First, I want to correct Cafe Girl. This location does not have a drive-thru. Anyway, this location is great at night if you need a quick caffeine hit. If you do happen to go there in the morning please expect in line for a bit. This is because there is a big mall across the street and the employees want their caffeine hit too. So patience is advised at this location. So overall this is a great Starbucks to go to just depending on when you go.

Quick, friendly service. The ONLY negative is the lot is usually congested with Drive thru customers and parking can be a challenge. Theres a new drink, "Cinnamon Almond Macchiato" that tastes quite good with my (classic) coffee cake. If you frequent Starbucks youre aware of the pricing already. A venti specialty drink & coffee cake was $8. I also recommend the vanilla sweet cream cold brew, but be warned of the caffeine content.

Hate this Starbucks, you always have a 10 minute wait before you can even get to the speaker then another 10 minutes. All employees are always rude & drinks suck. My last experience I wanted the buy one get one iced espresso I got in line @ 4:45 for it because it ended at 5 well I waited in line & finally got to speaker for them to tell me they could do it because it was 5:03? Really I just now left its 5:12. Come on Starbucks

Used to make really good coffee, but over the past few weeks, almost every drink I have bought there was made incorrectly (mostly way too strong). Im pretty sure the baristas think you make cold brew with 90% cold brew and 10% water (talk about a wake up call). Also there are flies everywhere inside. Doesnt exactly make your drink very appetizing when they hand you your drink with two flies on the rim of the cup.

I stop at this location frequently and it always has a line and the wait time is just ridiculous. All the employees I enjoyed are gone and now every time I order my drink I get a crazy stare! Just take my order, make it like I asked and move on!! Also to the people ordering five drinks in front of me in the drive thru, walk your lazy butt inside! The Starbucks inside Austin kroger is the best!!!

I have to correct Sailorlion. This Starbucks on SR741 does indeed have a drive-thru. I think Sailor is thinking of the Starbucks on SR725 across from the Mall. This Starbucks is wonderful. I go there almost every morning. They know me and my fav drink. Sure the line can be long at times through the drive-thru, but thats just because they are so good and popular.

The parking lot is very aggravating to park in when you have the drive thru line going right behind you and you cant even back out to leave. That place was poorly planned out when they built it and they shouldve made the parking lot bigger and more convenient to get in and out of and put the drive thru where it wont block everyone that parks there

This Starbucks is pretty good and the employees are nice, but I find the drivethru can be slow and the mobile purchase is hit or miss on wait time. The coffee is always finished, but some people wait until everyone else is served before asking for your name and others will ask when they see you. Coffee still tastes good and effective.

I love the coffee but my experiences have been bad there. They never give me my debit card back, I always have to ask and they go "here you go" like they were going to keep it. Well, my last experience makes me never want to come back. They didnt give me my card back AGAIN and had to drive back there to get it. Never again
