This place is fairly new and this was my first time here so the jury is still out about how well this restaurant maintains but this is at the moment the best restaurant I have eaten in Tupelo in 7 years of living here. First I am a streak person, I love it; only thing I will eat out. This was the best, most tender sirloin I have eaten in a long time: best in Tupelo. Streak was perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked; tender and melt in your mouth delicious. Excellent service; prompt and courteous. Delicious shrimp and cheese fries for appetizers. Fresh salad, green beans and mash potatoes were best Ive had in a while. Everything is super yummy. This is a fun and electrifying environment; if youre looking for a quiet evening this isnt it. Its loud and high energy. However if you want steak in Tupelo; this is the best place!!!

This was our second visit to the Tupelo, MS restaurant. First visit was awesome-great service & excellent food. This visit was not as good. We got seated right away & got our order placed very quickly. After about 40 minutes we had to ask for our salads. After another 20 minutes still no main course so we asked for a bill for our drinks & salads. The manager appeared & apologized very nicely. They only charged us for our drinks & gave us our food in a to-go bag along with a voucher for a courtesy meal for two. Turns out our order was never turned in to the kitchen. Not sure if we will return.

At the Marriott Courtyard in Tupelo, MS....Basically in the same parking lot is Outback to my right and Texas Roadhouse. I always go to Outback so I chose Texas Roadhouse, only been there maybe three times ever, including tonight. Bad choice, never did get my food, people around that order after me were eating there food, so I ask for my ticket and tol the waiter to keep my order...got my ticket and finally had to walk up to the waiter so that I could pay and leave. Waiter didnt care and said nothing. Lessons learned....stick with Outback, dont stop in Mississippi.

After waiting all week to eat at TR and driving 40 minutes to get there, I can say it was a big disappointment! Ordered an PLAIN 8oz. sirloin, the lady brought it out (not our server), it was covered with mushrooms and onions, her response was to just scrape them off. I love a good steak, but thats all I want is steak, not onion flavoring! Spoke with the manager, but got the impression that he could care less. The food is good, if you can eat everything at once, but the service is definitely lacking. I am sure we will go back sometime, but no time soon.

Just not a very good experience at all. First off I had made a call in order and the lady on the phone kept cutting me off as I was talking. Second I get there 30 to 35 minutes after I placed the order and it was not ready and this was on a slow Sunday night for them might I add. And third I my order was messed I ordered a salad not a baked potato and I didnt have non of my sauces for the shrimp I ordered nor did I get any butter with the bread I ordered. I would stay away from making carry out orders from this place if I was you. Not happy.

Well the new seems to be wearing off. Today was our 3rd time and the service was mediocre, got my tea and Salad late, didnt even get 2 bites and here comes my steak, I like to eat my salad before my steak comes out. People around us were complaining about how their steaks were cooked, and cold sides. Use to get right in, but now they have buzzers and you have to wait. But there were plenty of tables open. Like I said the new is wearing off.

The wait wasnt bad, but the service was awful. Way too many employees standing around and dancing when there were customers waiting for orders to be corrected, tickets to be brought, or food to be served. Manager came by and acted perturbed when we asked if shed please get our ticket so we could pay. Will not go back, it was awful and ridiculously run.

Food was very good. $27 for a 23 oz. Porterhouse steak is quite reasonable. The steak was tender, but a bit heavy on the marinating. Hot brownie with ice cream and fudge to top it off a big plus and there is enough steak for another meal tomorrow. Very busy and service was slow, but I would go back again.

They have good food, but not a great dine in experience especially if you go with a big party. We got there shortly after 6 last night, didnt get seated until 8, and didnt get our food until around 930. I love the food and some of the people are polite, but it seems they dont want to serve big parties.

Food was good, service took a bit and we never received our chili for an appetizer until after our meal arrived and I pointed it out. Then they brought a cup covered in onions, we ordered a bowl onions on the side. They finally got it correct halfway through our meal.

This place is loud. Not so bad if you like eating in a barn... But the stakes were great. I would not go here on a first date. But if stake is desired they were great, just not if you like talking to who ever youre eating with.

Was very busy. Waited until food was delivered to state they were out of a particular side 2/4 of us ordered. Let me order chicken that was cooking and wouldnt be ready for 45 minutes. Received it to go. Server was excellent

Easy order, waited a long time for food still messed it up, had to find someone to get a refill. Long wait to even get someone to wait on us. Was not even busy it being around 3:30ish. BAD experience overall.

Worst service I ever had. 2 glasses of unsweetened tea, and I hate unsweetened tea. No refills without begging, and the steak was not right. Outback steakhouse has no worries

Awesome place. They served hot yeast rolls with cinnamon butter as soon as you arrive and they ask as soon as your steak arrives to check it to make sure it is perfect

Just go and see for yourself.... I got take out cause I work a lot but my pork chop was seasoned and juicy and the rolls with cinnamon butter dont get me started
