The wife and I stopped in for a late supper last night (5/10/13). We COULD NOT have bee more disappointed. Nothing is more annoying than seeing the table next to you, who arrived a few minutes after us, receive their drinks and place their food order before us. This was just the beginning. The place was gross. It was dirty, as if it had been packed with people all night and nothing had been cleaned up- the floor was the worst. It was full of food, paper, and popcorn. My diet soda was flat, usually understandable. "Ill take a water if there isnt a fountain working." 5 minutes go by- no water. Then comes the second flat diet. "Try that. It doesnt look any better, but well see." Im not your guinea pig. Taste the soda and see if its flat before you give it to me! Order, then wait 15 minutes for a Brat and some fries (and a salad and some cottage cheese). The fries came out lukewarm (you know, the temperature where they are cool to the touch by the time you put the dressing on your salad and season it). The salad is wimpy iceberg with one slice of green pepper, one cherry tomato sliced in half (wth?), and one slice of cucumber. Jesus, what a weak salad. But the real kicker was the bratwurst. Had plenty of brats in my day- none like this. One bite and I nearly tossed my lunch. It was so clearly spoiled that I was transported into an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Theres Ramsey, stepping over a rat carcass to get in the cooler- only to find moldy food thats uncovered and steeping in its own juices. Makes me sick that it went into my mouth. Kick us while were down. Ten more minutes and no sign of the server. I had to go to the front of the house (no one there), then back to the kitchen, to find her and tell her what was going on. Comped food is the least you can do when you serve a rotten brat to a guest. The table that received their drinks before us? As were walking out, they say, "we heard what you said." Pointing to the fries, "Ours are absolutely frozen." This place was an absolute fail. Run away. Dont make a single Medina u-turn to get to this place.

Horrible first time experience at new location ! Will never go back ! Dont go with a large group. We were a party of 12 , 4 being children under the age of 6.Tried to make reservations . They dont take them . Was told to come early and get name in. Came in at 6:00 pm. Upon arrival we were told that we had a twenty five minute wait. The resturant wasnt that busy for a Wednesday evening. After an hour and fifteen minute wait we asked to talk to the manager .What a joke ! He told us that he was still waiting for one table , a party of 2 to leave before he could seat us .? Mind you that they had seated that table after we had been waiting. Needless to say that we walked out and On Tap lost at least a 200+ $ check and we ate our dinner at an establishment that appreciated our business . Wouldnt even have given one star however the atmosphere was nice the first hour and we finally helped ourselves to some pop corn for my starving grandchildren. Update on review: I am taking the one star away that I had previously given. Saw a friend at the establishment while we were waiting in line. She was seated right away being a party of only one. She asked why we left I was hoping that they were just having a bad evening that night however the manager proceed to lie to cover up his inability to run the resturant in a professional manner. Our friend was told that we were told that we had an hour wait and we requested the section that we wanted seated at. Both of these statements are outright lies !!!! Shame on you . Fabricating the truth to cover up your failure to be a good manager.

Decent beer and food selection but it was all downhill after that or maybe it was slogging uphill. The staff looked more like a football huddle standing around jawboning. When we were seated the table and booth seats had food on them. I always love when you are seated at a dirty booth or table, receive a menu and then are instantly asked for your drink order. If you have a long list of drinks on the menu why not allow the patron some time to browse? Who trains these people? We ordered our drinks and food and when they arrived the server asks who has the GYRO like in GI-ROW long I. I didnt order a gyroscope but a GYROS - Gyear-ose. Dont aspirate, youre not expected to be Greek but cmon, educate yourself about the food you serve. The food - my wife liked her Panini but my Gyros was cut too thick, was dry, doused in Tzatziki so much so you couldnt see the sandwich and the pita was hard in some places. It was served open face which was OK. They offered a side with both orders, we got fries which arrived COLD! Yeah, cold french fries - YUCK!!! For the finale our waitress managed to break away from the staff huddle to bring us our check, and as an after-thought decided to ask if we would like anything else. If you work on a percentage of the check wouldnt you work to increase that number or is the "conversation" in the huddle too important?" And they want $15 minimum wage. Try earning it!

My husband and I have visited this restaurant dozen of times and have always been pleased with our food as well as customer service. This evening we ordered carry out and had a side of sweet potatoe fries added on for an additional dollar. When we got home and started eating we discovered the fries were completely under cooked. I called up and spoke with the manager Danielle and let her know we were disappointed with the order and she proceeded to give me a life lesson about how you shouldnt order fries on take out because "thats what happens". She let me know if I would have had them in the resturaunt they would have been great and even laughed and said, "well, note to self for next time!" I was shocked at her response and my husband got on the phone less than pleased and she hung up on him! We called back and spoke to the GM Ron who was less than kind about the situation. Very disappointed that something that should have been a simple fix turned into me never wanting to visit this resturaunt again. Danielle and Ron, please get a job outside of customer service!!! Absolutely appalled!

To start, Ive only been to this restaurant once, so they could have been having a bad day. The Good: Service was speedy and the waitress was kind. The Bad: The front room smelled like burnt popcorn. I ordered a philly cheesesteak sandwich and a Guiness, both seeming like fairly safe bets. The philly was composed of tasteless flat steakum like substance and didnt have a bit of seasoning and soggy peppers and onions. The fries were most definitely old, leading to them being quite unappealing. Finally, and to be completely honest what really nailed the coffin for me, was the fact that my Guiness was terrible. Im not sure if they were hitting the bottom of the barrel or what have you, but it tasted like it had been sitting out in the sun for quite a while before they served it. Overall Opinion: After only going there once, I dont want to pass to much judgement on the whole of their organization.
