This was our 2nd time here and sadly it was not a very good experience. I had previously been to this bar because they have a solid beer selection and I thought it would be good again. I thought wrong. They seemed reasonably busy for a Friday night, but not overly busy. We must have sat at a table (a group of 4) for at least 10 minutes before even being greeted. The waitress asked what we wanted but we didnt even have a beer list yet. We placed our drink orders and also ordered some food. The food itself was not that great for the money especially the very skimpy sampler platter. My fiancé ordered a Caesar wrap and after about 30 minutes of waiting was told they were "out of wraps". Instead she ordered a Caesar salad and was served lettuce that was obviously beginning to brown.The waitress was not very attentive and walked away several times when someone was attempting to place another drink order. Basic things such as napkins and silverware were not brought out to us with our food as well. Overall, the beer selection is nice but the service was very mediocre. Im not a food critic so I will not bash the food, but good service makes all the difference to me even if other aspects arent all that great. A small, hole-in-the-wall place would be better in my book if they were attentive to customers. For future reference, if I stop here again, it will only be for a beer and Ill make sure to sit at the bar where I will hopefully be noticed and served.

When we walked in everyone in the place looked at us like we did not belong there. Our family was seated in 2 small booths next to eachother. When we asked for a table all 4 of us could sit at the server said "I think theyre all reserved". So my husband says oh, can you check. So we get a table, our server who never told us her name asked if we wanted a beer. About 20 min later we ask where the beer we ordered is she says " you wanted a beer, what kind?" Our appetizers were ok. Kind of skimpy and not worth what they cost but decent. Also took forever. When new drinks were brought or plates empty had to ask her to take them . Would not remove on her own. Food took over an hour. Burgers were good but bacon burger came out w/ no bacon. Also ordered 1 med well and 1 med rare and they mixed them up & gave to wrong kids - could not just switch because different things on them. I could go on, but pointless. Had to look for server to pay bill could not find her so stuck waiting. Worst service. Could tell this girl hated her job. Did not even pretend to be pleasant. Will never go back. The food was pretty good though.

I have been here many times to see a few bands and always have had a great time. The past two times weve gone two different bartenders overcharged our tabs. The first time there were over $40 in drinks that were not ours, she cashed us out without showing us our bill,when I asked to see an itemized bill she got nasty, I told her there was no way it was correct and she said well its to late I already ran the card. I asked to speak with the owner who reopened the tab and corrected it. She never even apologized. Then we went again this weekend and had a great time, a different bartender was nice but when I asked her to close out our tab and the same thing, no check just ran the card. We asked for an itemized check and she got defensive , she way overcharged us. When we told the owner he had nothing to say ,no interest in trying to fix it at all. So as much as we love the patio,the bands and the fun we have there, we will never go back! I hate that we were essentially stolen from, payed for things we didnt order and it really sucks! If you go here make sure you dont run a tab!

First time here and already planning our next visit back. We went there on a Monday but the food was still fresh and pipping hot. The biggest and most flavorful traditional wings Ive had in a long time. We got a Groupon so we tried everything from pizza, chicken, burgers, nachos, and wings and everything taste soooo delicious. Im a local guide for Google and usually I give deserving reviews, but I cant say enough about this place. The outside patio is nice and big with tons of seating, not to mention the biggest bar I have ever seen inside a restaurant. The only negative thing I have to say is they were out of steak when we went but it happens, however, if they were out of it that means people ordered it and Im sure that too would have been just as delish! Cant wait to go back!

Just went there yesterday around 6pm. Bartender who had blonde hair was incredibly rude. We left after getting one drink because of it... I had an extra charge on my bank card from them... like a tip was added without my consent, even though I left a tip for the rude bartender.. and they wont answer their phones so I can speak to a manager/owner. Will be going down there this week to see what happened... One good thing, there was a short brunette server who was nice and was telling us about a 50/50 raffle.. but thats about it. Very disappointed! Thought itd be a great spot to stop at because of the reviews and we were from out of town so we went... never again will be stopping there for drinks or anything else!

Went there last night and had 2 martinis, a beer, and the fish and chips. As for good things about the place, our food was good and our service was pretty good. I understand that this place isnt all about martinis, but for the love of god, both of the ones that I had were pure juice and they charged me $7 for each of them (a dirty vodka martini which was pure olive juice and a Parma-tini that was pure cranberry juice). In hindsight, I wish I would have sent them back and just ordered a beer. Instead, I sucked it up and paid the bill, which with my friends dinner, two beers, and a tip, came out to be around $80. I dont think what we had was worth that much, definitely not my drinks.

Love this place! The owners really care about their customers and what they are serving them. It is very evident with the attention they pay their customers. Food is good. Atmosphere is great! Way better than any of the other places around it. They have been booking great bands on the weekends. We also go every Sunday to watch the Browns games in a great atmosphere. Try them - you will love it here. Did I mention the selection of beers and liquor they have? If they dont have what you like - they will get it.

Bought a Groupon for 60 dollars worth good for 30 ish. I did not notice beer was not included and my bill was 59 dollars ish with 2 beers. When I got the Groupon added they said I still owed 10ish dollars. When asked if I could order another meal to get my 60 dollars the guy said you already got a discount from the Groupon Very bad customer service, the waitress could have told me the Groupon does not include alcohol and I could have got something else so I would have got my 60 dollars worth before paying!!
