I called ahead about a bike that was on sale. They said they had several. I get there and there arent any on the rack. I ask an associate for help and they wouldnt check. They claimed there werent any assembled bikes besides the ones on the rack and they cannot sell boxed ones(funny how you can buy them unassembled online). After asking if anyone could check or if I could get an unboxed bike they refused to help me. I called manager later, turns out there were assembled bikes in the back and he was quite surprised no one checked. I suggest going to another store were the associates try actually help the customer and not just blow them off with attitude.

I love to go shopping at Meijers BUT many of their employees are soooo lazy. I am handicapped and need to ride on a scooter. The checkout people rarely offer to unload your basket and some dont even want to put your groceries back in the basket. I repeatedly ask them to make my bags light but thats usually goes in deaf ears too. Management needs to monitor this situation since more and more people are needing the scooters and help. Theres no excuse for this lack of service!

I had both an employee (Hien) and a manager (Emily) helping me find discounted items during my very lengthy visit! Emily even came and told, at one point, of some deep markdowns she was doing and for me to see if I had any interest. I bought about a dozen of the marked down items. The store was exceptionally clean and, I spoke with several other employees who were also very kind. What a great store! They must have a great regional manager!

Better selection than Walmart with comparable prices but without the hyper-Capitalistic guilt (and no Walmartians). M-Perks is a great program. And Mohammed is awesome. He puts that lost personal touch of old time stores to our modern faceless, automated, Big Box model of shopping. Whenever we go there he has a smile and conversation. We pass other Meijers to come to this location just for him.

Always has what I Am looking for Always help with the fit color and style My friend is losing her sight and cannot drive anymore so I take her to Nordstrom often and everyone are so helpful and nice.and I told her about free shipping so if I cant take her she can order what she wants and have it shipped.She is excited about that feature! Love Meijers. Free wifi helps me shop while clicking on my MPerks coupon. Get a store card it gives you discount on gas too. The store will also hold a history of your receipts for which I enjoy so I can submit all my FSA qualified purchases into my insurance. Store is very well stocked and organized well.

A good store, generally clean. I really like the deli staff here. However, I do not like the fact that they will sell you a soft drink cup when there are no soft drinks available at their machine. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes to try to return the cup to get my money back, I left after a 10-minute wait.

Love the shopping experience here, minus the checkout services. Always have lines and slow has heck to get checked out. Even using the self checkout machines. Takes forever to process your payment. This is why I took away a star.
