Ive been going to this Tim Hortons a few days a week for a few years. They were great for a while, but within the last year they have fallen apart. I ordered a breakfast wrap one morning, suppose to have egg, steak, vegetables, came out without vegetables and with mayonnaise on it. It was awful. I had three visits in a row where they were out of bagels. Last straw was today. The line was long, they were slow to get through it, then I finally get to the order window and after I order, Im told theyre out of eggs. Main staple for breakfast, how are you out? It wasted all the time I had to get food, and now I get to be bitter and hungry for half my day. South Bloomfield Tim Hortons, you suck, Ill not be back.

Because we live close to this location we occasionally stop by, and EVERY SINGLE time, they are out of donuts or muffins. Today, I was informed after I placed my order. The reply from the gentlemen working was "its Saturday, we always run out of everything on Saturday" to which I replied "if you know its going to happen, why not plan for it?" Let me be VERY clear, this wasnt an 11am stop- this was around 9:30a. Other experiences (like listening to the ladies working, gossip about other people in our town) have left me speechless. Im happy to report that, we went to the Tim Hortons in circleville where we were greeted warmly, recieved our food quickly, and surely didnt experience any shortage of food.

Never had a bad experience here. I come by just about every Wednesday after work and get some coffee and a panini or donut, or both because I have no self control sometimes. Usually 1 or 2 working after 5:00 but the service is still generally fast and they seem very nice. My only gripe is that I can never be sure what three cream and three sugar tastes like anymore. Every Tim Hortons makes it differently it seems.

Have been going here since they opened because it is close to my home. In the last year this location has become horrible. Constantly out of donuts and croissant no matter when you go. Horrible wait times even when you are the only one there. And every machine is broken on a daily basis. Staff is rude and snarky.

Practically everyday through the week I visit this Tim Hortons and I want to commend the staff for a job well done. They are cheerful, and by the time I get to the window they are handing me my order. Special thanks to Carla, Ty and Courtney for making my mornings more pleasant!!!!

Service was good, but the food was not. Ive never eaten at a Tim Hortons before, so I thought Id check it out. The iced Capps tasted very odd, and the donuts didnt seem fresh and had an odd taste. Would not return.

Favorite donut chain. Also, their coffee is very good. Not acidic or bitter. Their breakfast sandwiches arent good. Assembled microwave items wrapped in paper. McDonalds, for all their issues, beats these easily.

USUALLY you make a fresh batch of donuts when you low. Not this place. They dont even offer to make u a fresh batch of what you want. Definitely wont be going to this place again.

Always friendly and excellent coffee but sometimes the coffee is old as well as the bagels. Make sure you check your order carefully before pulling off.
