They were unexpectedly slammed with several large groups, so that greatly affected our experience, Im sure. But, they couldnt get our order right to save their lives... It took two hours to get the disgusting, bland, cold, burnt food to us... My 5 yo had to wait an extra 30 minutes for his waffle, and then another 30 minutes to get the promised whipped cream (and 4 reminders to the waitress!!!). There is no sign on the door that states that it is cash only, and so then i had to walk three buildings down to go to an ATM... Ive never had such a bad experience in my life.

This is a small town diner. Not fancy at all. Be aware they accept cash only. The food was good but the fruit could have been fresher. Service was really good but there was only one other party there. Waitress was very patient and answered all of our dumb questions. I like supporting places like this that you know may have a hard time surviving but try real hard. Prices were exceptionally good for the food we got.

I love the Kirtland diner! Their food is insanely good, and the prices are great! Every time we have guests in town we take them over to the Kirtland diner for breakfast. Its also our familys Sunday breakfast rendezvous. I definitely recommend their breakfast food, its the best around.

Bread was not toasted, soggy from butter though. Bacon was not cooked all the way. Sausage was very good. Eggs were cold. Then to top it off, cash or check only. Had to go to the bank next door, come back and pay. Not a very good first experience.

They only accept cash or check, but didnt say anything about it nor had anything posted. The waitress was interesting to say the least. And the food was only so so. Bad experience all around.

I have never had a bad meal there. Breakfast or lunch, good food at a reasonable price. The service is always friendly and fast. No more ice cream though.
