John Kline owns this location and the location at Roberts Rd. As an ex-employee of 9 months, I can swear to you these locations are absolutely DISGUSTING. This location is infested with roaches. On the night shift it was not uncommon to see roaches climbing around the kitchen, dish tank areas, front drive-thru coffee station, and the bagel station where all your bagels, wraps, and sandwiches. Prepped food items were usually not labeled and dated, and it would not be uncommon to be using an egg salad mix that was 48 or even 72 hours old, which has a prepped shelf life of 24 hours. Even when labels were applied, it was not uncommon for the cooks to remove and replace with a different date. Use caution, and at the most, only buy hot drinks, but than again, you still run the risk of a roach pooping on the equipment.

I have ordered a pineapple Orange smoothy at this location several times now and every time I received a frozen lemonade. So when I talked to Gabe ( manager) he told me that I would have to specifically asked for the Greek yogurt other wise I would get the frozen lemonade. When I argued that by ordering the smoothy I implied that I wanted the drink mixed with the Greek yogurt and NOT the frozen lemonade or I would have ordered the frozen lemonade to begin with. Where he argued that he is only one man and he can only give "those kids" this much training and if I want a smoothy with Greek yogurt I need to come inside the cafe and tell them what ingredients I want , and dont bother using the drive-through. Sound advice! I vote Gabe for manager of the year!

This Tim Hortons location really has an unbelievable staff. Once I went to this restaurant kind of late and waiting about 15 minutes for a sandwich, and when I finally got my sandwich the bottom of the bread was really burnt (black). Every other time it takes forever to receive your food. This time around 11:30pm 10/16/14 they told me they were out of bread. It is a shame because I really like a certain sandwich that they serve. Another thing, they always mess your order up. Dont even get specific about anything because they dont listen and prepare it the way they feel like it. We ended up going to Wendys!!!

Just to let everyone know that there has never been an employee named Harry that has ever worked at a Tim Hortons owned by John Kline. I am currently an employee at his Roberts Road location and was there on the date this review was written. So therefore I know that this review was all false. Sorry you got caught stealing and felt the need to trash the man who fired you. Hopefully all patrons and future patrons take his review with a grain of salt because it simply his not true. The guy got fired and wanted to try to get back at the owner. The quality and cleanliness is actually very good.

I purchaesd an egg sandwich from the drive through at this location early this morning (5:15 AM). I asked for bacon and they gave me sausage; a mistake but not a major issue. However the bottom half of the english muffin on which it was served was as hard as a plastic disc. It was not edible; of course I did not know this until I was half way to downtown Columbus on I-70. There is no way that they served this through the drive through window without knowing this. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have gotten bad food/service from this location. It was however, the last.

Most likely your order will be wrong, and it is the slowest Tim Hortons in the area. It is a reflection of the management. I stopped going after my most recent visit. They messed up my order, and I called in to notify them and the manager assured me that I recieved what was asked for because he was standing right there...although I could clearly hear him ask his crew if anyone just came in with an order matching our description.

Stopped in this morning to grab donuts for a work meeting. Everyone was incredibly helpful especially the man who waited on me. Not only did he hold open the door for me to carry my two boxes of donuts outside but actually carried them out for me and put them in my car. Great customer service! They went above and beyond and I really appreciated that.

Visited the drive thru and ordered a hot chocolate & grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich was all burnt on one side and perfectly fine on the other.. come on.. is it that hard to make a sandwich?! The hot chocolate was so sweet that my friend and I had to throw both of ours away. Ill never be coming back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is absolutely the worst tim hortons in the country. Every time I go here they never have any donuts. Isnt that the reason you go there for is to get coffee and Donuts? It just makes me mad and on top of all that some of the workers are rude.

Ive had bad service every time. They care more about the speed than getting orders right. I literally have had my order messed up 3 of 5 times. I always feel rushed. Also they dont do cold stone orders through the drive through. This is the worst one Ive ever been to.

This Tim Hortons always gets my order wrong. Literally 4 out of the last 5 times I have been here, I have gotten the wrong items or wrong coffee order.They arent very friendly either. Id take a few extra minutes and travel to the Tims in Mill Run.
