Terrible location. If it werent for the fact that its the only one on the way to my job that I wouldnt ever come here. Its like a hit-or-miss with this place weather in that you have a pleasant experience with his staff. And more often than not recently its been unpleasant which provoked need to leave this review. Sassy attitude, condescending tones and wording that make you feel stupid because you dont know more about their product or brand and they do. You brew coffee for a living, I would never put someone down for their craft and your job but please stop taking yourself so seriously and show some respect to other people. Were all human beings get a life. And they screw up my drinks. I can order literally the exact same thing at another location or at this very same location on a different day. And they never end up coming out exactly the same. The frappes have way too much ice in them. Feel like Im drinking a ice slushy that slightly laced with whatever flavor it is as I request. They just dont care, and if you suggest that they did something wrong or that they are giving dissatisfied service theyre quick to get uppity with you. But they are passive aggressive about that. I have met some very friendly and quality staff here. But recently Ive just been getting the bottom of the barrel period but, as I said its the only location on the way to work, so I will be back. Unfortunately.

The customer service was very poor. The employees were not polite and did not honor one of their promotions. I wanted to purchase a caramel salted mocha under the buy one get one promotion, but they said it wouldnt count. I pointed out that the promotion was for holiday drinks and salted caramel mocha was under the holiday drink menu. They still wouldnt honor it and were very condescending in telling me. The drinks also didnt taste right. The milk tasted as if it was just warmed up, not steamed. I wouldnt ever recommend coming to this location.

This location CONSISTENTLY messes up my order, half the time when I get a latte or cappuccino its white with almost no coffee in it whatsoever, and I order double and triples!! I order the same thing at other locations and those locations have no problem getting it right the first time, every time. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road to the Starbucks inside the Kroger, itll be worth it.

I am a frequent customer here and absolutely love it here. Very clean great people and wonderful products. However, theres one issue I have is that they dont carry the special "SALT" for the "Salted Carmel" all year. Only seasonal. And thats my #1 favorite hot beverage at Starbucks. There is so many other awesome flavor beverages there to choose from either way you wont be disappointed

Great Starbucks location. Beverages here always seem to be the best around, theyre made just right and follow the Starbucks recipe to a tee. Friendly staff, all of which are very knowledgeable about the menu if you have any questions. The atmosphere is basic but still gives a cozy vibe with enough space even when its busy.

This is the second time in 2 weeks Ive left the drive thru and taken a sip of my frapp only to have it taste awful. And while parking and going into the store for a new drink is an option, its really quite frustrating to unload 3 young kids, keep them behaved in line, and wait for a replacement. I will not be coming back.

Apparently customers arent allowed to order a black coffee. Ordered my black coffee, single shot, iced. Was asked if I wanted sweetener. Replied, "No thank you, just black". What do I get? Ridiculous amounts of sweetener. Now I cant drink my morning coffee, and I am stuck at work for 8 hours. Thanks, Starbucks.

Popular location with college students. Its a good place if you just need a quiet spot to study for a while. The food is pretty good and the speed isnt bad either. Would go again.

The employees occasionally recommend disgusting drinks but maybe thats just me not liking a Chile mocha. The one time I had to wait 10 minutes they gave me a free drink coupon!

I am a regular in the drive-thru. Staff is efficient and friendly, rarely a ridiculous backlog (you can only make an order of six frappucinos so fast).
