This is some of the best chinese Ive had anywhere. Great flavors, quantity and prices. The only places that may have been slightly better were some very expensive places Ive been to elsewhere in the country. A good Mongolian grill is only slightly better due to being able to customize flavors. The staff has always been friendly when dining in. One visit, when enjoying the beef skewers, the owner actually took the time to explain what was in it to make it so good. The delivery service makes enjoying the food even easier. However often times they only have one driver so the delivery times can be a bit slow. The Crab rangoon is fresh, crispy and flavorful. Some places have crab rangoon that is bland and nothing but a mouthful of cream cheese. Not here. Sometimes I stop by just for a double order its that good. The orange flavored dishes arent like you find in many cheap fast food type of places. Its got orange peel in it and has a fresher, richer flavor. Ive yet to find anything that isnt well prepared and tasty. My only complaint...........I cant have Chinese anywhere else as I always end up being disappointed and end up comparing it to Billy Lees.

Was in town for work. I have passed this place several times. I had a day off and figured I would give it a try. Was definitely happy I did. Started our with a order of crab Ragoon. Only thing I would do is more cap less cream cheese. I got the house special low mein with hot and sour. The soup had great test. Unlike most places I enjoyed there h&s soup. My meal finally came out just after my soup. Was a big bowl/plate. And would give it a 5 out of 5. And for the money you spend will definitely not be disappointed.

Finally a restaurant in Licking County that uses fresh ingredients and from scratch sauces. Always the same friendly staff to make sure your food is cooked to the same type of perfection every time. Great taste! Not the same old same old Asian junk food that you typically find around here. Though he does offer that stuff too if youve just gotta have sweet and sour chicken.... The portions are crazy big. We usually feed our family of four on just 2 dinner entrees.

If youre in the delivery area consider yourself lucky! dining in and/or carry out is great too, dont get me wrong. There is a limited delivery area though. Im in, so thats a big plus. lol. This is hands down the best "Chinese" food in the Newark/Heath area. The employees are the icing on the cake! 5/5, 10/10 whatever, try Billy Lees, you wont regret it.

My girlfriend and I were in Heath from out of town and decided to have some food delivered to the hotel. Reviews online made this place seem ok so we went for it. We were blown away! Huge portions, great prices and most of all incredible food! Honestly some of the best Chinese food weve ever had. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Ordered to go General Pso...no spice to it ..overall just sweet...white meat chicken overcooked...shoe leather...had some onion...green pepper and 2 pieces of broccoli...rice was crunchy...honestly the sauce at least made it edible even though it wasnt what I wanted

Ive lived across the US from Virginia to California. This may be the best Chinese food Ive had. The cashew chicken is phenomenal. Try the crab rangoons...amazing. The service is always fast and friendly. This is Heaths best kept secret.

Just ordered lunch from here and it tasted like last nights re-heated leftovers!! Everything was soggy and seemed like it was heated in the microwave. Even the egg roll tasted off or freezer burnt. Will not be ordering from here again!

Been here a few times, now. Absolutely superb food (try the orange chicken without orange peels). Service is good and fast. 4 stars only because the building is kind of subpar, but I get they cant help that too much.
