I have been a long time and regular customer of subway and will continue to be such. Having attended many different locations in the central Ohio area, I have come to know what to expect from a subway associate. I am sorry to say that, though the food quality at this subway is optimum, the people who work there are extremely rude and disrespectful. I had one lady literally scream at me telling me she wasnt going to serve me because I was on my cell phone even though the only reason I was on the phone was so I could get a persons order. I understand that there are a great many rude customers, but I am not one of them and to treat my like dirt is unacceptable.

This Subway is the most efficient Subway ever. The place is about half the size of a normal shop but the ladies who work here crank out the subs! They are always super nice and do a great job with moving a crowd through a very tiny shop.

Apparently accidentally saying "pita" instead of "flatbread" is a federal offence and warrants incredibly rude and disrespectful treatment of a customer.
