Stopped for a quick snack at about 2:30 PM on Tuesday. Place was empty... Pushed button and waited about 5 minutes. Almost drove off. Girl finally came out and asked if I had pushed the button. I said "yes", so she pushed it again, and then went back inside so she could take the order. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo. 2 stars because the tots werent bad. But then how do you screw up tots? The chicken sandwich literally looked like somebody sat on it first. The color was a grey-brown, looked and tasted days old. There was nothing "crispy" about it.. I generally like sonic, but this particular one was horrible.

Im not sure why they had bad reviews, maybe it was the time they went or maybe they were snobs, but we went around 1:45 pm on a Sunday and we order food and it was really good. Hot tots and my son loved his hot dog and the corn dog was good for my daughter. My burger and my wifes were really good. Nice staff nice place.

I loved eating there until they would tell me they were out of what I wanted or a machine was broke.This happened so often that I stopped going. I talked to store manager who was rude and unprofessional and didnt care at all about my bad experiences. At least they have amusing commercials on tv.

They are always quick and accurate with my orders. But the last 3 times between July and August, the ice cream has had a NASTY gritty texture that keeps getting worse each time I visit this location. I am reading that its potentially due to not cleaning the machine. It used to be very tasty!

I live in Zanesville, and drive to Sonic in Heath. I really like the food here. The majority of the time it is great. I have however had a few experiences where my order was incorrect, or my food was cold. Overall, I probably would still recommend it.

Seen why they had no customers, waited 10 minutes at there speaker. No answer at all. Need to get people that work. Dont want my ass kissed, but a we while be with you in a moment would have worked. We left.

Used to like Wendys chicken sandwich. Sonics so much better. Husband had a box meal that had a burger, hot dog, fries and a drink. He liked it all. Super fast service. Hot food. Pleasant, friendly service.

Sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 10 min, I said Hello several times with no response. Drove up to the window and waited 5 min. I left and doubt I will return. Mediocer food with horrible service.

Waited 30 minutes to order...ordered 2 shakes and a corn dog. After another 20 minutes got the corn dog but no shakes....waited another 10 minutes still no shakes...so we left....

Last month my sandwich was 3/4 under cooked. This time there is a hair in it. But i guess Madison or whoever she is was too busy to correct my order. Smh. Ill NEVER go back!!!
