If I could give a zero I would the young girl behind the counter that look like she was just out of high school or still in wanted to fight. My food was 8.75 but my credit card read 10.50 when I confronted her she said it was my bank. But why would my bank overcharge me they are not the one who swiped my card they did. The say its pending I dont think so. When I went to another Chinese restaurant they charged the exact amount that the food came up to and I told her what happened at the other place she said that seems strange. I got a refund and will be disputing any charges on my card. This is the second time this happened but I forgot about the first time or else I wouldnt have gone back a second time. when I walked out the young girl said please dont come back. What kind of service is that. I told her I can always go somewhere else she proceeded to throw her hands up and called me the B word. Very unprofessional dont know what kind of business they are running but its really sad. They need to let her go before she run all the customers away. anyone buying from there. please check your credit card or better yet dont use your card they overcharge you and then blame your bank. Even though their receipt says the amount of the food your credit card bill will say different

I order Panda Garen on Sunday June fourth on their website my total came to $8.71 (subtotal $6.20) that includes a $2.00 delivery fee. I had no problem making a order for delivery. However a few minutes later I received a call and the employee told me delivery orders have to be at least $10.00 (subtotal) and suggested I buy more food. I inquired about the fact their website does not state there is a $10 minimum and how then was I able to order without trouble; she had no answers. I canceled the order. A few minutes later I called to speak to a manager and the same lady told me the manager wasnt there. I asked when she would be there and her reply was she comes when she wants to. They better not charge my credit card. It is a shame they do have good food. Horrible website Also you cannot order drinks from the website.

Hands down best Chinese takeout Ive ever had. You can always tell how good a Chinese place is by their fried rice. It was light, fluffy and full of veges. The Sesame chicken was high quality white meat, the broccoli was crips and the sauce was 1st rate. I was visiting the area. I wont be able to order any of the takeout places in my area anymore because Panda ruined it for them.

Chinese food is one of my favorite things, and eating without leaving the house is another :) When I find a good Chinese place that delivers, I typically become obsessed unless the food is no good. Luckily, Panda Garden is awesome and they always deliver the correct order in a short amount of time. Ive never been in the restaurant, but the food and service is super-duper.

My sister in law and I ordered delivery from Panda Gardens Restaurant. The food was outstanding. Many compliments to the chefs. The chicken noodle soup was the best. Every ingredient could be tasted. The two of us are on low sodium diets. Everything was seasoned perfectly, with, just a hint of salt. The prices were reasonable, as well. We will definitely reorder.

I ordered from panda garden throughout my entire pregnancy. They always delivered. Just called to give them more of my business and they said they "no longer deliver" this is pure laziness considering we are 5 miles away from this restaurant. Very disappointed and will take all future business elsewhere.

I love the food here, but I feel like some time the people at the resturant need trainning in customer service. They try to rush you off the phone and I had to make sure the lady too my card number for my order. Theyre not very customer friendly next time I will think twice before spending my money here.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants Ive ever ordered from. Everything is crispy, cooked perfect, great flavor and very fast deliver. Great lunch specials too. The lady on the phone is very nice and the delivery drivers always show up with hot delicious food.

The food is good but the thing that keeps me coming back is the delivery person. I wish I had asked his name, he is the middle age delivery person & so nice!! I had asked for drinks & didnt get them. He came back 40 mins later with my drinks!! That is service!!!

When we moved to this area we were happy to find a chinese food restaurant close. We ordered from them multiple times and would have continued to be customers except for the bugs we found in our food. We found bugs in egg rolls and in our hot sour soup.

Good restaurant. Nice Service, but the fried rice was ABSOLUTELY horrible. It has never tasted like that Im not sure what happened today but my company I work for and I will never order from here again.

The food was really greasy. It also had strange clumps of gelatin in the sauce. The vegetable fried rice wasnt good either. I couldnt even finish one serving before throwing it out.

Shrimp came with its poop inside it , all of my 15 pieces of shrimp, my vegi fried rice was ok as opposed to good . Good customer service though, and they spoke English !!

No. Not good. Crab rangoon was off, unsure if it was dough or oil or other. Fried shrimp was the same. No bueno. Lo mein was so so. Delivery was fast and polite.
