My favorite Chinese restaurant since they opened! Ive been to about 20 different Chinese restaurants in my lifetime and this place has the freshest most flavorful dishes. Im surprised at all the negative reviews. To me the dishes are generous portions and I wind up taking home half my order. Its no more expensive than other fast food joints around here. I dont mind the price because its so good. Ive encountered the women who usually runs the register and handles the table service. Shes nice and always gets our order right! The man who I assume owns the place is courteous but hes all business.... but never has anyone been rude to me!! Ive watched the staff with other customers and have only witnessed respectful interactions. Now sometimes I hear the staff appearing to yell at each other...but hey....theyre working with family ALL DAY!!! I usually get the Egg foo young, crab rangoon and fried rice. Ive also tried the chicken lo mein , Happy Family, Sweet and Sour chicken .... I had one dish a long time ago that was marked on the menu as spicy...and for my taste it was too spicy...but my husband really enjoyed it. My advice....try it for yourself.

Was skeptical before coming here, some friends told me its the best around but theres a few bad reviews on this place. I came anyway since its the closest Chinese restaurant to my apartment. It looked just like any Chinese restaurants I have been to, ordered crab rangoons and general tsos chicken. First of all, absolutely LOVED the general tsos chicken, its crispy and the sauce tasted good. It was a delightful surprise in a sense. Asked about the crab rangoons dipping sauce, apparently they dont have any dipping sauce come with it (I guess it sorta makes sense, lived outside Dayton for most of my life, the Chinese restaurant there doesnt have dipping sauce for it too). I would definitely come back again.

The worst!!! All other reviews must have been paid reviews because this place sucks!!!!!! I ordered crab ragoons first off they came in cold!!! Cold I waited an hour for cold food!!! Second they didnt send any dipping sauce for them! So I call to get some and hey couldnt be more rude yelling, telling me that delivery dont get sauce you have to request it and its an extra 80 cents!!!???!? Serious so if I eat in I get sauce but if I deliver I dont????? Then I said ok Id like to order some she said it be an hour before it got to me seriously an hour for freaking sauce!!!!!!!!! How does it take that long to make?????? Dont eat there its over priced and the people are rude!

Absolutely love this restaurant and am so surprised at some of the reviews. The food is amazing and yes its more expensive slightly than places like panda express because it is way better quality. Trust me its worth maybe a dollar or two more. And the people that work there are so nice. Ive been going with my family since I was super young and they know us and always ask about the family. Theyre super kind people and I dont understand the people calling them rude. My guess is the customer was rude first and then got offended when the situation didnt go their way. Anyway great food and people. My favorite Chinese place ever!

One of the worst places, food is over priced for the amount you get, and they also claim that theyre different because they use the freshest ingredients. False. I wouldve made better imitation Chinese food at home. Basic food and place, for a high price so not worth it. They employees who Im pretty sure are the kids of the owner seem like theyre forced to work there, they dont know how to interact with people, let alone their customers. never will i ever go back, double dragon right up the street is way worth it. What a Dump!

Tried 1st Wok for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago. Ordered my "standard dish" that sets the tone of whether a restaurant merits a second visit: Kung Pao Chicken. It was delicious and the portion size was generous! The service was quick and the waiter was friendly and attentive. Despite it being the lunch hour, the mood was relaxed, with no pressure to move us out the door like in other venues. I plan on going there again!

Ordered online and they wouldnt allow me to choose the delivery option. The food was awful. The broccoli was all dry and shriveled up. The fried rice was undercooked and hard. Ordered no sauce on the jumbo shrimp and broccoli and they ignored my request. Also wouldnt allow me to change sizes when ordering online either. Will never come back. Its a shame because my apartment isnt even 5 minutes from there.

I had a 30 dollar order. the order was ready within 20 minutes. which is great, but the food was just bad. They didnt give us any sauce for our egg rolls or crab rangoon. in my sesame chicken there were large pieces of what I would call "goop" in the sauce that was clear and somewhat solid, which grossed me out. this wasnt 30 dollar quality food.

Ordered the combo Pad Thai and steamed dumplings. The Pad Thai was perfectly seasoned, everything tasted very fresh even after the 20 min, car ride back to work. Ordering online was simple and convenient It was good food at a very reasonable price. I would recommend and I will definitely return.

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food they double charged and had to pay a total if 105 for it all and the delivery boy was super sketchy wouldnt make eye contact constantly looking backwards drove of with one of my orders still in the car Called them they refused to come back and give it to us

Just went there to place a carry-out tonight and I am amazed by their bourbon chicken!!! The middleaged male host (I assume hes the boss) sounded a bit blunt at first, but I guess its just his english, he double bagged my order for me just so my soup wouldnt tip over or spill. Nice people

I have tried just about everything on the menu. The food is awesome and the service is exeptional as well. The portions are very generous. The owners are extremely nice & very personable. This is quite a gem in Erlanger located by Kroger.

I wouldnt even rate this place. I was ordering and had to spell everything out to them that I was ordering(that took 25 minutes). After 45 minutes we got the food. Bit into one of the egg roles and the "meat" was bright pink and bluiddy.

Get the crab rangoons with bourbon sauce, egg drop soup, and and sesame chicken and you will be reborn. Also if you ask for bourbon sauce with white rice, it is amazing. Plus the staff, especially the teenager, is incredibly nice.

Great food for the money! Extremely pleased with the speed and portion size, called in roughly 10 minutes beforehand to place an order for 3 and its ready when I got there, one of my favorite places to go for late dinner!
