This used to be a decent Pizza Hut but now? Not even close for take out and delivery. Ive received pizza that was an under cooked half doughy mess and others where the crust had bubbled up so nearly half of the pizza doesnt have any sauce or topping on it. After calling the manager to complained Ive either been just told "Sorry" and thats the end of it or offered a "discount" on future orders instead of them making it right then and there and giving me a decent pizza to replace the horrid mess they gave me. Even worse one manager I talked to acted as if I was a scam artist just because I was complaining about the pizza and said that a future discount wouldnt cut it. It was at that point I decided never to get carry our or delivery from them again. The crazy thing is Ive never had a problem with an eat in order...so they can and do prepare them correctly when they care to. Doesnt matter though, theyve lost me as a customer until or unless they improve their performance or least discover what customer service and satisfaction means.

This is the 3rd time I have tried to get pizza from the East Liverpool Pizza Hut. First time got a cold under cooked pizza the cheese was barley melted not nice and crisp. Second time it wasnt too bad. This third time was horrible tasted like it was 2 days old and was cold. We tried to heat it in the oven and it was still cold. I would NOT recommend ordering any carry out pizza from here. I even called the manager and her response .. sorry about that.

The three-star rating should not be viewed as good or bad. It simply represents that I got exactly what I expected, no more no less. I feel the majority of people know what to expect when they go into a Pizza Hut location. This location is no different. It provides what you expect to get from a Pizza Hut location.

The dining area was newly remodeled, so it had that going for it. Unfortunately, passed that it really was disappointing. The server didnt know what the specials were. The soft drinks were over-carbonated. There wasnt much positive to say. Theyre looking for help. I hope they get it

Pizza was absolutly inedible. Dough was raw, not just in center but most of it. Manager offered a 8 dollar discount or another pizza. Yea i took discount. Why dont they just cook the pizza the first time. Ill never eat there again and dont recomend anyone eating there.

I ordered food and the lady taking my order forgot to ask me for my address and asked if I wanted to Oder something I already ordered, she said it will be there in 30 mins, well after an hour I called them and they said there was no order
