On may 6 at about 1215 I went to the taco Bell off of 23 in delaware. The drive through was extremely slow and the attendant, who was not wearing a name tag but was a large lady, was extremely rude. After sitting for 7 minutes they were able to take my order and then another 5 and 1/2 minutes until my food was out. When she asked if I wanted sauce I said yes hot and fire sauce. She gave me 2 fire sauces and 2 mild sauces. I waited until she aknowledged me again and asked if I could have some hot sauce. She said "i put it in there" like i was inconveniencing her by patronizing the resteraunt. I told hee no you gave me the wrong sauce. On top of that I was going to give a survey as there is always one on the receipt that is given, but I was not provided with a receipt. Not very pleased with my visit!

We love Taco Bell, probably grabbing some at least once a week. We were driving through town and decided to stop at this one right off of 23. It was easy to see from the road, which was nice. The service was meh. We were rung up for our items separately, over charging us. Annoying, but whatever... just wanted to feed the toddler. The food was made quickly and was fresh. The one thing that was absolutely obnoxious... there was no changing table. We checked the mens and womens bathrooms, nothing. The bathroom was also pretty dirty. I dont think Ive been in a Taco Bell with no changing table, super obnoxious when you have a two year old that pooped themselves. Get it together!

Told my order would be 15 minutes, which is a bit silly for "fast food". But its all good, right?! Ill wait because Im a good sport and there are nice people here! I often frequent this location. Alas, it has become a source of entertainment anymore. This particular visit I have spent 34 minutes waiting and received the wrong order. If you want Taco Bell quickly, visit another location. If you want entertainment swing by this joint; its all they really serve!

Normally I like Taco Bell, including this location. However, they got my order wrong. I know it happens sometimes, usually I dont care. I ordered three double decker supremes. I got the double deckers, but they forgot the tomatoes and sour cream. I didnt have time to go back and get it corrected. The food is over-priced and the menus are hard to see inside because they are curved. I doubt that I will be going back anytime soon.

Went on a Friday night at 10:30 pm - waited in line for close to 25 minutes - got to the window to have the lady working tell me that it was her last night for 10 days, she wasnt coming back and other people were quitting too - also that they just didnt care anymore - who tells customers that?? Also went last weekend - pulled in and was told there was only one person working and that she couldnt help anyone. Very poor experiences!!

CLEAN, GOOD, LUNCH IS A BIT SLOW, BUT THEY ARE IN A GREAT LOCATION FOR ALL OVER TOWN AND WORKERS. GET THERE EARLY IF YOU HAVE A SHORT LUNCH. GOOD PARKING FOR ANYTHING YOURE DRIVING AT WORK. AND NORMALLY GOOD AIR CONDITIONING AFTER GETTING FRIED WORKING IN THE SUN. LARGE "VARIETY OF POP" TYPE MACHINE -- LIKE AT SOME WENDYS LOCATIONS. FOUR STARS ONLY BECAUSE OF SLOW LUNCH, BUT THEY ARE JUST SLAMMED WITH BUSINESS !

Its hard to be objective when reviewing a Taco Bell. For me, its never a pleasant experience no matter where the store is located. This one in particular is no different! Every time I have gone here, I have waited at least an average of thirty minutes. The food, I dont think the food can be blamed on the people making it. Its just that bad to me. I cant wait till my kids grow out of this phase.

I usually dont like to rate people poorly on here but this is the worst Taco Bell I think Ive ever been to their lights are never on so you never know if theyre open, the dining rooms closed half the time and half the time theyre out of 90% of their menu items and Im literally not joking. I dont know how they stay in business they also closed early so dont count on the 4 a.m. close time.

Normally decent. However, I was just there on New Years Day at 10 am and the staff let me sit in the drive thru for quite awhile. When I called their phones, they promptly answered to tell me they didnt open until noon. I found this rather impolite. It would have been kind to just get on the intercom and say you werent open yet. Lets be courteous to the customers.

I went here for my lunch break as it is 3 minutes away from my work after ordering my food I sat in the line from 1034 to 1054 Upon getting my food I wasnt even offered an apology for the long wait they made me late back-to work-and I got my pay docked Had I been able to leave I absolutely would have but the drive-through is blocked in C you cant even leave

Reasonable and polite management, and probably the cleanest Taco Bell Ive been in to this day. Service is great, the food takes a little bit of time, but all in all a fine establishment. They did have an issue with being completely out of lettuce, but the situation was solved and everyone was polite. This was probably my favorite time at a Taco Bell.

Fast service and the lady that took my order wasnt very sociable right down rude in my eyes. Of course i see things differently than most people be your own judge cause it was kinda late. The smell of body odar is sense a little strong. Glad I got my to go. Food was real good though once I got the smell out of my mind. But life goes on

Left because was told would be 20 minutes before order could be taken. Came back after awhile. Order took an extremely long time for being basic. As I watched the workers in the back I realized this team would look more at home working as carnies, or a meth lab. These are not the people you want handling your food. I promise!

this is actually the best Taco Bell I go to and I frequent quite a bit. They never seem to mess up my order, and its always piping hot. Occasionally they are having a rough day and it may take I little longer to get your food, but thats fast food for you. Overall its a five star Taco Bell.

The employees seem nice enough and I fully understand that this is fast food so you get what you pay for, but I dont think its too much to ask for my food to be hot. Ill even take warm. Ive been three times now and my food has been cold every time. Will not be wasting money here again. :/

20 minutes in, trapped in the drive thru. This place is consistently slow. Way too slow. This is the last time for me coming here. I recommend driving to the nect closest Taco Bell, because it would save you time to drive 10 miles out of your way. Horrible service and no apologies ever.
