You get your moneys worth for the price. A little steep in price for certain items, but hey you get big portions & big portions are always a plus with any food chain. They have daily specials that are delicious yet cheaper than youd expect given what you get. The food, from the bread, to the veggies, to the sauces, to the meats, to the sodas tastes fresh every time. The staff is always uber friendly. The lines move very fast even on their busiest days. The food has its own distinct taste that makes it stand out from other similar sub/Italian shops even though youd think that all common meats/sauces ought to taste the same right? Wrong. I never thought Id ever get to a place in life where I wanted Wg Grinders mayo & italian sauce ONLY on any/all foods I use those sauces on lol However, sometimes the empty tables that are available arent clean. Theyre not filthy, but its common to decide to eat in, get to your table & see salt everywhere, for example. Im not sure if theyre not cleaned off b/c the staff cant keep up with the high volume # of customers who will want to eat in just as much as order their food to go, or what. Ive been to this location 100 times, but I rarely ever see any staff come behind leaving customers & clean the tables afterwards. Its strange. Nonetheless, I love this place.

This W.G. Grinders is exceptionally clean and well kept. Whoever is in charge is on it. Thank you. This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this specific restaurant in the last 2 months. Fresh fruit and cold salads are always good. Sandwiches take a minute, but they bring it to your table. Definitely not too slow. The d00d in the Indians hat is excellent and always friendly and helpful. He really made the experience better several times. Again, the 5th star is earned by the clenliness of this place including trays, drink area, tables, chairs, and restrooms that are way above my expectations especially because of some of the other places nearby. Completely puts other W.G. Grinders restaurants to shame. Definitely try the desserts such as buckeyes or chocolate dipped strawberries.

I have nothing good to say about the people that work here. As soon as I called I was put on hold. I waited 10 minutes and no one came back to the line, but the call was disconnected. I got to the store and demanded to speak to a manager. All she said "I apologize" and said "sometimes we get busy and forget". Really? Forget about a customer? I can imagine they probably do this to a lot of people. I didnt see a line when I got there.

If youre going to go to a Grinders in Columbus this is the one to go to. Fast and friendly service as well awesome food. A lot of the Grinders in Columbus have seemed to have gone downhill in the past decade, but this location is just as good as when I worked in one as my first job.

Grinders is always a nice meal when I want something satisfying. They can customize anything you order, great for a picky eater like me. Their coffee drinks are quite good and a lot cheaper than Starbucks. They also have great soups!

The workers are rude. The owner / manager even worse. Hate going in there for coffee because they act like its a crime, I suppose because it takes a little time to make it ...if they eventually acknowledge your presence.

They have great grinders dont care for their lettuce which they had shredded lettuce and stuff but other than that its good and I love their Ranch cheddar macaroni salad and their chocolate dip strawberries are the best

Uh, this place is way better than Subway. Great atmosphere, real meat, quality vegetables and fast service. Definitely new sub place to go to. And apparently has fancy coffee for those with a caffeine need.

Best subs Ive had I a LONG TIME. Fresh ingredients, bread baked just right, clean restaurant, friendly staff. I definitely plan several return visits. Turkey Club & Club subs are ridiculous!
