This restaurant doesnt even deserve a full ★. It should have stayed closed. Recommended by a "friend". {Might need to rethink that relationship.} After purchasing two different dishes for tonights dinner, I am absolutely appalled by all of the reviews from people saying this place has good food. {By the way, said friend owes me $20.41. This restaurant doesnt even throw a stinking fortune cookie, napkin, or plasticware in the bag for you. I asked for some and was given 1 fork and 1 knife, though Id purchased two quarts of meat and fried rice} This is absolutely the worst Chinese food Ive had. Who can mess up sweet and sour chicken? Apparently this place. Sauces were water and murky in color (by murky, I mean grayish on both the sweet and sour and orange chicken). The orange chicken was covered with walnuts. Good thing I dont have allergies. Chicken was dried out and flavorless, unless utterly yuck and disgusting count. I literally could not stomach two bites. Even the rice was horrible. You pay an extra $2+ for plain fried rice (no vegetables, meat, eggs... nothing. Just soy sauce and was still bland). Definitely not worth the upcharge. Dont waste your time or money going here. I took the "dinners" to work the following day. No, I wasnt trying to kill my coworkers, just realized that some people will eat anything and consider even the most mediocre (which this didnt even reach such status) food to be good. And since coworkers will eat someone elses food, that has that persons name on it, is in their zipped up, insulated lunch bag, with a "Do Not Touch " sign on attached, I figured someone would consume it, take it home, something. I just knew it didnt have to go where it came from but it had to get the hell out of my house. I take in food/snacks (unmarked) all the time and it gets eaten. I marked this "food" with big letters "Please feel free to help yourself". No one dared even try it. Go figure. That should tell you something.

The food is great but the customer service I just recieved today was by far the worst I have encountered. It took me 7 mins to order with the elderly lady on the phone only to arrive and still have my order wrong. I come here often as i tild her she said didnt care. And then proceeded to snatch my food back all over me not yelling but somply explaining that it is not i had ordered on the phone. I wont be back to say the least. She was the epitome of rude .Suunday at 140pm.

I used to go to a chop suey in Dearborn Heights and loved it. Since moving to Harper Woods I have never been impressed with the restaurants I have been to... until tonight! They serve the best, hands down, THE BEST Almond Chicken and Chicken Lo Mien! Will go again, WILL refer to my friends! Must try them for yourself!

Very delicious food, easy to follow menu, and overall best Chinese food! I personally love spicy foods and their Szechaun can commandant almost any spice level or intensity that fits your pallet! Ive been coming here for all my life ever since a little boy when introduced by my family.

Wanted to try something different but the lady was very rude over the phone. She even suggested that there are other surrounding asian restaurants around that I could go to just because I asked about there menu and pricing! I WILL take my money elsewhere, thank you!

Fresh and big portions! I use to get carryout from here once a week when I lived in Grosse Pointe. Im a big fan of their fried rice, chicken chow mein, chicken lo mein, sweet and sour chicken and pepper steak.

I moved to the area 3 years ago. I found this gem about 8 months ago. Weve had food from here 4 times. Its great! The egg rolls are out of this world. Szechuan beef is fantastic too! Im so glad I tried them.

Just plain horrible! Almond chicken - some pieces cooked, some not, or cooked but hard to the bite. Bread is too doughy, like eating raw dough. Will not be going back to this place.

You just cant beat the quality and quantity of food and for the prices. My mom and I share a half order of almond boneless chicken and still have leftovers! FYI, we eat a lot.
