I have been coming here since I was a kid. Im quite biased on this place. They serve such good food, and the environment is so soothing. The staff are excellent, so polite and always concerned. The food is just rustic to me, and if I ever leave Parma for other state, I will always make time to visit my favorite oriental restaurant when Im passing through. Im 35. My grand parents took my dad here. Now Im taking my own son. Its generation thing. ^.^

Finally! A place outside of downtown Cleveland that serves decent pho! I have been here a few times and havent been disappointed. The crab rangoon, potstickers, pho, and general tsos has all been tasty. This is my new go-to place when Im craving pho and my boyfriend is craving Chinese. It was also fun to try the bubble tea. I have never heard of it until Mandarin House. If you like bubble tea, they have a wide variety of flavors.

They became swamped just after I arrived, but the waitress was still very attentive. Quiet calm atmosphere, even when the seating area was near capacity with patrons of all ages. The chow ho fun was the most tender flank steak Ive ever eaten. Fantastic bubble tea menu with flavors from tame strawberry to the smokey-sweet adventure of Thai. My favorite Chinese restaurant ever.

The first time my husband and I got carry out he got General Tso and I got orange chicken and they tasted exactly the same, we didnt know which one was which. The second time we both got general tso and the chicken was really soggy and it was gross. Im really surprised how this place has such good ratings. Im not impressed at all.

We ate here this past weekend and loved it. Best General Tsos I have ever had. Best Crab Rangoons I have ever had. Wife said the Pho was great as well as their Boba (Bubble) Tea of which they had quite a selection. Will be frequenting again when we are in the neighborhood. Of note, the bathroom was exceptionally clean.

Me and my fiance have been going here for years! Hands down the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The food is always hot and delicious, and the service is wonderful. They even recognize us when we walk in the door. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I cannot say enough good things about the mandarin house!!!

I am so glad we tried this place. The food was really good and kind of big portions. Best Bubble Tea... its not a smoothie like most places ( unless you request it to be ) and lots of flavors to choose from, even a milk-free option. Also had a good size vegetarian section. Definitely going back.

This a place special to Parma. When all the other restaurants are closed for the holidays, they are open. The food is good, freshly made and plentiful. I like their Chinese Ribs and fried rice AND sweet&sour Pork! Good hot tea and even a Fortune Cookie!
