I asked for sesame chicken which is one of my favorite Chinese dishes you cant go wrong with, and it was terrible. Requested for the chicken to be crisp and it ended up being soggy and disgusting. The sauce had no flavor and it took less than 10 minutes to make so I should have known it wouldnt be right. My 1st mind was to go to the Pearl of the Orient but I decided to give them a chance since I had never been and am a native of Shaker Heights. I will never return here again.

The worst Chinese food Ive ever had. I got their sesame chicken and fried rice. Simple right?... I ended up struggling to eat the meal. The chicken had a very thick, gooey and mushy consistency with sauce that had no taste. Just didnt seem like chicken. And my fried rice was extremely burnt. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

When u cant find a place to get some Chinese takeout this is where you go. Found it just ok. A little bland for me. Could not take anything out of fried rice? Ok. What if Im allergic? And wontons werent wontons...they were square noodles? So confused. But oh well to each their own.

Ive eaten there and the food was good and Ive eaten there and it wasnt so good so I give a 3 star. There chicken is a little different than most But its ok,, so I would recommend their food But I dont go there to often because Ive found the staff not to be friendly.

Horrible service! Customer service sucks! I ordered a dish that had egg shells in it, when I took it back they were very, very disrespectful and had horrible attitudes! Havent been back since, they dont deserve my business and obviously dont appreciate their customers.

I moved to SC from Shaker and when in town I go by my favorite Chinese place and order some to take back to my new home. Have not found anyplace like East China here in SC.
