I ordered the Wednesday special, "Bottomless Boneless Wings" with the first basket taking a very long time to make. To make matters worse, the bartender (who never introduced herself) clearly saw I was almost finished yet she never bothered to ask if I was ready another batch. Isnt that supposed to be addressed upon receiving a fresh basket in order to minimize a customers wait for the next one? Considering how long theyve been running that special, one should and would expect them to have good routine in place by now... but obviously wasnt the case here! Additionally, it took a long while before she ever again came over to my corner of the bar to see how things were going. I had to get the attention of a manager an explain the situation and it was only then when they started making another basket. To top it off, the third basket took even longer than the first! Its also worth mentioning that there were some other lowlights of this visit, such as the lack of door greeters and the overall coldness of the rest of the staff.

We just got here ten minutes ago and I can already tell its going to be one of the best WingHouse dining experiences Ive had since we were here last Friday. Even though our usual server is out of town doing who-knows-what (but I hope shes having a good time), the service weve gotten in her absence has been as top notch and bar none as it could possibly get without her. Even though I prefer Coors Light on an afternoon such as this, the coworkers Im joined by are excited about the full keg of Jai Alai they have on tap. Sometimes its out, which is probably our only complaint, but we understand because its so good and I guess other people like it too. Either way, Im excited about the sandwich I ordered, hilariously called "The Hot Chick"

Last week my co-worker and I order online because we only have an hour lunch and wanted the food to be ready so we had enough time to eat. When we got there our ticket was lost so they had to retake our order and we spent our whole lunch hour waiting for the food. The reason I am giving it 5 stars is because I contact the manager and explained what happened. He apologized and offered to make it up. My coworker and I came in today and order there, and our food was made super quick and even better than last time. Ive working in the food industry for 4 years and I know stuff happens but its how they handle the mistakes that make the place 5 stars. Thanks to Jeff and Brian for taking great care of us. :)

Bit disappointed. I arrived there with 4 other people and the place was fairly empty which is great right? Im thinking fast easy. We had a total of about 15-20 wings between all our orders? They came out 40 minutes later, semi-warm and the waitress was nowhere to be found after the food was finally served. We had to find someone for our checks. I asked for the manager and as soon as I do, the waitress magically appears. Mind you I asked the status of the food a couple of times before it came out. Not very happy. She gave us a little discount which is fine but still not cool. Bit disappointed.

Just got done at this restaurant and the service was horrible the price was way to much and for a wing place there food sucked. The waitress couldnt remember what we ordered or even what she wrote down. Took almost 30 min for our drinks and she only came to our table 4 time out of the whole 2 hours we were there. If u want to look at girls ass its a good place but the food was awefull. Dont get me wrong the girls were pretty but for a restaurant it got an F. Wasnt worth the money

Service was terrible!!!! took over an hour to get our order manager never came to apologize and waitress didnt even make us feel comfortable she didnt follow up to let us know it will take a while ... Worse wing house ... And we are a Wing house family ... Such a disappointment

I just ordered Boneless Dallas wings and a half tea/ half lemonade with light ice. Some of the wings werent cooked throughly and they literally put as much ice as they could put into the cup, in the cup. Didnt get any tea with it either. The wings that are done, were good.

I ordered to pick when I walked in my food was just sitting on the counter. No attempt to keep it away from other customers or warm in the kitchen. I wasnt asked if I wanted any dressings over the phone. And the dressings are not included with a 20piece wing

The damn bartender didnt know how to make a damn Miami vice! The drinks have no alcohol in them! The bartender sends the waitress back saying she cant mix a piña colada and a strawberry daiquiri! I feel bad for the waitress bc they have great service.

Worst wing house in Florida. Everytime I go there is a problem. The managers are rude and dont care that thier waitresses have aweful service. I will never ever go to another wibg house because of this dump.

Kitchen took forever 1hr and didnt get my food. Manager is rude and stands around with his hands on hip instead of helping cooks. Ended up walking out and will never go back to that location.

Ordered 20 wings. Lemon pepper and hot. Thr lemon pepper wings were fried to hard and they sprinkled thr lemon pepper on the wings and the spicy wings were super old. I Will not go back

Staff not the best, expensive, dirty tables and restrooms,sketchy area of town . Stay away from this place and hit the Millers Ale House in Winter Park down Lee Rd, a couple of miles.
