I went in today because its my birthday and I love their subs, as does my 4 year old. My husband has to work today and requested we also bring him a sub for lunch. We arrived at 1130 and the door was locked. A woman said they closed because they had a huge order and wouldnt reopen until 1230. Im sure they couldve handled making 2 small sandwiches for us or maybe planned better for a Saturday lunch hour. We live Im Hinckley so this drive was out of our way. Extremely disappointed.

Great food. Service is absolutely terrible. 7 out of 7 times the staff was beyond rude and impolite. No customer or person for that matter should be treated that way. Can not be blamed on bad day. Taking my hard earned money and spending it where people are nicer. Never again. If they were nicer it would be rated better for their good food.

Heather must run the place I guess. She lied to me twice. Think about that and ask yourself why she has had a help wanted sign posted for two months? Gotta be a reason , and I doubt its cause nobody wants to work , they just want to work for her.
