The cashier was very nice, and my tea was good; its Republic of Tea, which is a very good tea brand. It was just really crowded that Friday at noon. What was really frustrating though was that when I finally got a seat with an outlet, the outlet was blocked? I really needed to use my laptop, and the battery just died. They should just remove the outlet because I thought I could use it. Im sure I wasnt the first.

Worst Panera ever. At 6pm they were out of croissants because all the bakers had left and it was "getting late" despite being open 3 more hours. Plus my bag of chips was delivered already opened. Food tasted good though (even though I couldn't order what I wanted since they were out of croissants). The order taker did not recommend any other bread choices. I thought this was a bakery?

Been there twice now. The first time the portions were very small as far as ingredients on the sandwiches, this time as well. I was with a group and each time somebodies order was wrong. I also felt I got the wrong sandwich bread the first time. But my complaint is mostly for the lack of love on the sandwiches here. Never experienced at other Panera bread stores

I should have read the other reviews about child size portions here....Smallest salads of any Panera Franchise. I gave them a chance, but after 6 visits I am done. I believe the management thinks its the Great Depression and we must be rationed salad or.....Wait! Maybe they know I need to drop 10lbs, and this is their way of helping me out :)

The food is great, like any Panera, but the service was lacking. I stood at the front register waiting to be served for 5 minutes before someone helped me. A few people looked over at me, but continued with what they were doing. It wouldnt have bothered me if they at least acknowledged I was there.

Had the bread bowl a few times. Always cut kind of weird, but tastes fine. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was nice. Some loud kids every now and then, but otherwise a quaint spot I like to use to get some work done on a weekend afternoon.

Personnel having internal issues which transferred on me and my family trying to have good time at Panera. That unfriendly staff was seen and heard complaining about work relates issues later in restroom by my sister.

The young lady that served me had an attitude. They ended up not having the bagels I ordered online. In addition, she gave me the wrong cream cheese even after confirming what was in the bag.

This location has to be the worst as far a cleanliness. Visit every Thursday to meet up with people and have to clean the table just to sit down or ask them for a clean spoon.

This place is pretty busy during lunch time. The food is decent but definitely over priced for what you get...$7.00 for a grilled cheese sandwich? Really!?
