They fired the best employee they had!! She handled an issue in what I thought was a very sensible manner and yet the manager spoke to her like she was an idiot. So she stood up for herself! Yet she was fired. Bad management is the #1 reason people leave a job. If you hadnt spoken to her like she was stupid... she wouldnt have felt the need to defend herself! This young lady practically lived there, she worked so much! Double shifts. Multiple locations. Gave everyone rides. Brought in food for everyone. Too bad upper management doesnt have the time to look into each individual employee and what happens behind the scenes! She was so good at what she did.. other stores called her and asked her to come work for them! I was very disappointed in the way it was handled and I havent returned since. No wonder the turn over is so large! Poor pay. Poor management. No one watching how people are treated. Shameful.

Does this place even try anymore?!?! I got a nachos bel Grande and a chili cheese burrito. Shouldve known not to get nachos there, ordered with extra cheese, top layer was pretty good, as I got to the middle the chips got so soggy that they were ripping apart as I was pulling them up. They seriously had to be sitting around at least since they opened that day!! Completely disgusting!! The burritowas half luke-warm and the other was cold. I dont know what happened to them, but they need a serious over haul of all employees!! An employee even told me they cant believe theyre still open because nobody likes the lack of quality/freshness. Called to let them know about the soggy chips, they offered me free fresh nachos, I declined only because it really wasnt worth my time to go back!! Ill definitely be going to Coventry next time!!

Wheres the beef? I got a taco with no beef today how sad is that? Im going to post the pic if I can. Ill surely start going to the Coventry one down the road because of today. Theyll try harder to please until they get as jaded as the Barberton workers. Sadly I know some of the employees and I doubt Id try hard under those conditions either so I cant hate too much. They set ridiculous time standards to get each customer through and then keep everyone on edge after its been 3 minutes no matter the size of the order. The quality overall of the Taco Bell brand has decreased too. Chicken quesadilla used to mean something!!!! Its all salty super-processed "chicken product meal" and the beef Im not even sure what it is honestly.

This Taco Bell, just so happens to be one of our favorite stores to eat at. Weve been eating there since we moved to Barberton and it started out as one of our first, inexpensive, date night dinner date locations. Its always clean and most of the staff is extremely friendly and very patient (Im indecisive), but they also make us feel comfortable because were regulars....and weve seen the staff handle difficult situations under some extreme circumstances fantastically (i.e. high customer volume due to local events, working under the pressures of renovation, and difficult customers). This location is better than any other location weve tried, but this is the one we stick with if were in the mood for Taco Bell.

I used to love going there a few years ago. But as of the last year the place as really gone to crap. Every time and I am serious every time I go weather it dine in or drive thru my order gets screwed up. Half the time I dont even complain cause it a waste of my time. Majority of the complaints I have is I tell them dont put something on it and they still do. I pay for something and I deserve it made the way I like it. So I just feel they dont deserve a good rating anymore. Horrible service. I have worked in fast food and in restaurants. It isnt that hard. The items are on the screen and you should know how to read as a adult. It simple. They screwed up way to many times for my liking.

They have went to crap! We order about once or twice a week from there and they screw up every time. I just got 12 tacos and a nacho balgrande and they were cold as ice. I had to put them in the microwave and it just dont taste the same when you reheat something up. Then I had to call like ten times before I got someone and I told them the problem and they hung up on me then I tried calling back and they wont answer. I will give someone else my service and money who deserve it.

They dont know how to make a cheesy gordita crunch. Literally put a soft shell over a hard shell taco, and I must say the soft shell didnt even cover it up. Last but not least, and the worst part of all, the absolute cherry on top, there was no cheese seen until one got to the last bite of the mistake that one was given.

This is the worst Taco Bell, in the world. Been there 3 times and every time it was a blob of sour cream next to a blob of cheese next to a blob of whatever. Kids that work there dont care and think its funny to give you something that doesnt resemble what you ordered.

Lately when Ive been going there, the workers are rude, and give you attitude, the managers dont handle situations well. They always mess up the order I place. I dont think Ill ever return to that Taco Bell.
