This Publix has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I have gone to this location on numerous occassions to get a wrap during lunch hours. The line is ALWAYS very long due to only 1 person working in this area. The manager will also walk by many times and notice the line is very long and does not add additional staff to help make subs/wraps. Only if a frustrated customer mentions it to him does he take action. In addition, the people who are directly dealing with the customers, having to take their orders and understand what they would like do not even speak English, not one word. Others speak extremely broken English and hardly understand any requests from customers just trying to get something to eat during their lunch hours. Today, a young lady was trying to order a sub with pesto. The staff 1. had no idea what she was asking for and 2. refused to go into the deli to get the pesto to accommodate her order. The frustration levels of customers is apparent at any time in this location, no one here takes initiative to ensure the customers are receiving the best experience when visiting the store, not even management. I encourage you to provide this store with additional training and staffing, it is greatly needed to uphold the brand (Publix - Where Shopping Is A Pleasure).

Their oh so super easy online ordering is not worth your time. You can try 50+ times to order 2 damn sandwiches but only one will be in the cart. You can even try making two orders but somehow the second one wont go through and says theres nothing in the damn cart. Amazing! Such a great service to make my life easier. The app didnt help eother. It couldnt even locate the publix. .. its not even the employees fault the management is so damn cheap with their websites. And every soda i get from here explodes. Not even in other publix do their soda bottles explode when you open them. No one ever says anything about it but i guess Im the jerk to say it.

The Manager in this Publix Needs to Give Free Bottles of RedBull,and or Cuban Coffee Shots to the ENTIRE DELI CREW,With the exception to Armando a tall slim kid always ready to help and moves with stealth and speed.As for The Other Entire Deli "Geri" Crew,..You Think DMV,& Government Employees and County Employees Move S l o o o o w?!.The Deli Crew at this Publix Moves Slower than DMV crews..& Turtles..So If you wanna go for lunch and grab a sandwich?It will be abooout 40 minutes on line for sandwich,then 10 minutes to pay it.So..Think it over. Publix,"Where Shopping is Forever"..

Bad costumer service. No help in returns. I bought the incorrect item and wanted to exchange for the correct one, but they side I only had 2 weeks to return, but if I spent more than 3000 dollars, then I will have 45 days to return. To me that policy and the explanation was discriminating policy and customer service.

Not impressed. Ordered sandwiches online to be picked up. Upon arrival they were no where to be found...after asking where I could find them I was told they hadnt been made. Not to mention everyone that spoke to me spoke in Spanish. Im Very white, and this is America people - youre rude.

I came to Publix to get a sub. I received more than a sub and the level of customer service that was offered by the associate there. She was very accommodating made great suggestions and I will definitely come back to Publix again to deal with all my shopping. Loving your store h. T.

Great selection of healthy foods and drinks at good prices - shopped in amazement as we dont have most of the stuff there in UK. A lady opened a till to serve us. Not sure if that was because were English or because my daughter is in a wheelchair! Very tidy store too.

Very upset. Only one person was serving, but then there were 4 people who was just talking and kissing each other while i waited. Took me 20 minutes to get a sandwich, and only one person in front of me. No english speaking person.
