Let me preface this by saying I have a hospitality background, so I forgive alot when I eat out, but this was unacceptable. I went to this bar around 9 pm on a Monday night. It was not busy. There was no one sitting people when I walked in, so I sat at a table near the bar. I was there for at least 10 mins before a server came by and even then I had to stop her because she was walking right past me (I think to get to an obvious regular customer who had just sat down). I ordered a Pepsi and a 6 piece of their signature MAW wings. It took her another 10 mins to bring me my drink and then she brought me a tea, not Pepsi. She never came back and she was not busy, I watched her sitting at a table on the other side of the restaurant. About 20 mins later, my wings came. A bartender brought them and he had ranch instead of the blue cheese that I wanted and I had to ask him to change my drink because my server hadnt been back by. He seemed very annoyed by my requests. The wings were VERY salty, like I could not even eat them salty. Again, another server came and brought me a handwritten receipt (she conformed that the original girl was my actual server) I never saw my server again and I am on a business trip and cannot expense my dinner because my receipt is a piece of white paper with handwritten stuff on it. I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied. Wish I could give 0 stars!!!

Loved this place! I came here with a girlfriend after a long day at work to unwind and we were super happy to walk in and see stuff going on. Our waitress was very sweet and told us about the specials they had going on that night (half priced martinis and bottles of wine) which was right down our alley. I ordered a perfect pear martini which was absolutely fabulous. I had three and had to stop myself from ordering a 4th since I was driving. After just coming from work we were starving and order spicy garlic wings, fried pickles, and half pepperoni half cheese pizza (our eyes were bigger than our stomachs) and everything was great! The pickles were fried crispy and not soggy, the wings were cooked perfectly and not dry, and the cheese on the pizza was so flavorful and not the cheap tasteless gooey crap you normally get at a bar. The waitress was attentive, filled our waters when needed, cleaned dirty plates when empty, and was pleasantly prompt with my martinis. I will definitely be going back! The drinks and food were fabulous, and I must mention the eye candy men on their staff is def a plus ;)

Im not sure what to think of this place. First time I ordered for delivery they didnt cut the pizza. I dont own a pizza cutter which made the entire pizza eating experience rather grizzly. Their first offer was to send some one out to cut the pizza. Kinda silly. But they made right with me by sending me a free pizza a few days later. I thought the food was good. I ordered again cause I enjoyed the pizza and these guys dont show up at the hour mark on a Sunday night. So I call to cancel. I dont ask for anything in return and keep the complaining to a minimum of "Its a little late I want to cancel it". Which they did with out fuss. Now Id expect they would at least let me know this was going to take more than an hour, or to call me if they are running late. And Id also expect that if they cared about my business they would have offered me the pizza for free, or a discount on my next purchase. Both experiences with them has been complicated and not worth the food. They didnt seem all that concerned, so that being said, despite that the pizza is good, they have just lost me as a customer.

I order here all the time and its always bad service food is great but the service is horriable. They forget half the stuff I pay for every time I order so I just went and bought salad dressing and ketchup, because I already know when I order there going to forget it. I went to order today and was left on hold for over 15 minutes I was able to drive from wallace to rocky point and still on hold. Wondering I called in wallace problem its because it take nearly a hour in a half to get your food. So after waiting 15 minutes on hold I hung up. I called back 34 times and no answer. I hope the owner of this place reads these rewiews your losing money having this kind of service and allowing these people who dont care about your business work for you. Please for the love of god hire new people who know how to provide a good service. I eat here all the time. Your problem wondering why do I keep ordering its because I like the food. But the service is absolutely horrible. Please if your reading work on your service and how you treat your customers you cant be successful without us.

I had lunch here on Wednesday sat at the bar. Food was ok. I paid with a debit card and had to ask for an itemized receipt. I noticed later that the tip amount had been increased – doubled. I guess that 15% wasn’t enough for my server. 2 receipts with differing amounts. Just enough that I probably would not have caught it when balancing my checkbook. I called back spoke with ‘William’; ‘how about next time you’re in we’ll give you a free lunch’ What?? ‘Oh it was a mistake…’ They wouldn’t even tell me who the owner was – like you CAN’T FIGURE THAT OUT ON GOOGLE IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES. So I called back one more time asking for contact info for Erik Horbacz – not available and left my contact info. If you own a business and your employees are stealing from the customers you can bet they are stealing from you too. I try to support local businesses instead of the chains. There are 3 other good places to eat in the same plaza with much better food. Go there or anyone of dozens of other places to eat in the area instead.

Not sure how this particular establishment has earned four stars. I dont like writing bad reviews, dont think I have before. But for this I will make an exception. First the table was sticky and dirty. Not a great first impression. Then, no lie a fly falls straight down on to the table, twitching and dying. We look up and the ceiling tiles are moldy and dirty. The waitress was ok, not much of an outgoing personality there. I ordered a burger and fries my son ordered a pizza. The burger was very dry with absolutely no flavor and the fries were overcooked and stale. My son said his pizza was alright, but nothing special. After only two bites I couldnt finish the burger. When the waitress saw I wasnt eating she asked if everything was ok, I was honest and told her that it was pretty awful. She took it away, returned with the check. She didnt offer any replacement or to take the cost off the bill. I had been told by an acquaintance that this was a good restaurant. I honestly dont see how this rates four stars.
