Food was great. We came through around 11 on a saturday night. No issues there. The gentleman at the drive thru window was beyond unprofessional. Polite enough. But unprofessional. The entire time we waited for our food he was complaining to his associate about being stuck at taco Bell on a Saturday night, how hes waiting for his background check to clear, plus so much more. He said all of this while leaning against the wall with the window wide open. His negative feelings about where he was in life was clearly expressed for about 5 minutes before our dinner was handed over. Now I am not one to complain, but being that I now know this mans life story, I hope his background check clears also. Maybe this will lead to a professional representative in your establishment. Again food was good!

Really frustrated!! Just got home to eat my food and all my order was NOT there! In the drive thru, I tried looking through my bag and the girl in the window says "can I get your bag back for just a second", I handed it to her and they took something out and handed it back. I started looking through it again, she assures me three times that everything was in there. I had order a $5 box, and since it wasnt in a bix, like usual, I was confused and wanted to make sure we had all our order. She said they wete out of boxes. I trusted her and left..... now home..... not all our food was in the bag!!! I called, asked for manager, they put me on hold for 5 min, I hung up. Tried calling back several times, line is busy! Check your order before you leave!!

I have never done a restaurant review but out of the few times Ive been here the food has been horrible. I ordered a crunchwrap and it came out cold with no beef on it at all so I asked for a new one and they gladly gave me another but it didnt have any nacho cheese on it. Which is the best part. Would not recommend coming here. Ive been to many taco bells all over the U.S and this is by far the worst.

Friendly employees, good management, but the food is consistently made poorly and the items are under-portioned compared to some of the other locations. Most recently, I was served a burrito that had a gaping hole in it and a good bit of the fillings had come out into the wrapper. Never feel like I get my moneys worth here.

Long wait at the speaker with no cars in front of us. Friendly man at the drive thru window. Got our food and it was made terribly. Double crunchwrap box and have had regular ones with more toppings than this. The worst the tacos had no lettuce!!!! Cheesy potatoes only had sour cream. Literally the worst taco bell ever!!!

The employees are extremely SLOW. Its the slowest restaurant in Upson county. Most of the time the drive thru employees are really rude. Dont get me wrong the food is great but the 15- 30 minute wait in the drive thru just to get tacos just makes me pass taco bell right on by.

Stop here 2-3 days a week and the service (drive-thru) is superior! Friendly and courteous staff. However, my experience this morning was not so pleasant. I understand being short staffed but NOT treating customers with disrespect.

They do not offer anything organic or Non GMO. I dont want to pay someone for fake food or toxins. They used to be my favorite fast food place until I learned the truth about food. Come on taco bell

Had a mistake made on my order, so I called and spoke to the manager (Jamar) and without any hesitation they gave me a refund and remade my order. I plan on going back, happy workers and fast service.

I wish the owner would buy a better freeze machine everytime I order my favorite flavor the machine quits working! Staff is very apologetic still aggravating when I cant get my strawberry freeze!
