Some guys will take you out to Good Luck for a date, and others will take you to UNOs. The problem with UNOs is that it does not deliver on their pizza. They advertise this Chicago Deep Dish styled pan pizza, but what you have delivered to your table is anything but. The specials they have going on a daily basis will keep you drawn back in for a cheap eat. I would highly recommend signing up for their emails, because they do drop many free pizza deals and discounts. The happy hour is also stellar; just keep in mind you have to sit at the bar for it to be honored. You can get all the well drinks they have to offer for about 3-4 bucks. Service is never a problem, since they follow strict corporate guidelines. April 5th is also National Deep Dish Day, so be on the lookout for FREE pizzas all day! I used to run many corporate chains, and I just feel they dont offer the value for sub-par food to customers anymore. In another decade, these restaurant chains should brace for an immediate collapse since they cant keep up with the ever-changing economy. APPETIZER: The Shrimp and Crab dip was actually flavorful as I could taste the fresh crab, shrimp, and parmesan cheeses mixed together with the diced tomatoes. The dip was thick, and the texture was equally creamy. The toasted Garlic Baguette Slices where an added bonus, as these crispy baguettes where packed with garlic flavor. This made dipping into the Shrimp and Crab dip more enjoyable than a dry piece of bread. ENTREES: The Numero Uno Pizza was the biggest let-down of the evening, as was my date. This pizza was extremely soggy, as all the "deep dish" toppings glopped together in one bite. This pizza reminded me of those frozen pizzas you warm up in the microwave, topped with little pieces of sausage, pepperoni, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. The huge issue is the abnormal amount of mozzarella cheese placed throughout; really bogging down any flavor you would have thought to get from the toppings in this pizza. It felt like I was eating pizza soup with a fork and knife, gross. Herb Roasted Chicken: this should be an embarrassment for the restaurant, as the chicken consisted of pre-cooked cutlets that had a rubbery texture. It was the driest piece of chicken I had ever had, with no taste of the rosemary, parsley, and garlic seasonings. If I knew how things would have ended with my date, I would have thrown this rubbery chicken in his face. SIDES: The Broccoli where COLD, and was condensed so much with water that it was disgusting to eat. The Broccoli was also mushy, almost making it into a broccoli cheddar soup with the Soggy Deep Dish Pizza. The Roasted Vegetables where flavorful if they werent also so cold to eat. These vegetables tasted a lot like the kind you get a Wegmans with just more mushy pieces to pick through. These vegetables where in desperate need of some salt and pepper. Yikes! Avoid these French Fries, as they tasted like frozen fries dashed with a ton of salt. They just didnt taste good, and if it doesnt taste good, then you wont be back to try it again...No pun intended. Overall: A Chicago Deep-Dish Let Down, Creamy Shrimp and Crab Dip, Tons of Great Deals, Happy Hour, Rubbery Chicken, and a Numero Uno What??...I Might Be Back.

While on vacation we stopped here for dinner, big mistake. My husband, myself and my 5 children were greeted by a tiny young waitress and i asked if a large pizza was big enough to feed the 4 older of us since i ordered kids meals for the younger 3, i was told the 35.00 pizza was huge and could easily feed us. I ask how many slices? 8. It was the smallest pizza i ever seen, 4 slices that looked like a small personal pan pizza. I say oh no this isnt our pizza, we ordered the large to the waitress, she says this is the large. I was so upset i refused to eat it. I explained i was lied to but the waitress wouldnt come back to our table. My husband just begged for there not to be a scene so i sat and waited for the children to finish eating and left hungry. Do not go here, expensive and tiny.

I went during my lunch hour with my boyfriend and had roughly 50 minutes to eat. We got seated within 1 minute, and got our drinks and orders in ~5 minutes after. Our appetizer came in about 20 minutes prior to leaving, and our main entree was missing its sides and wasnt served to us after the full 50 minutes. The manager let us leave with the half-entree and decided to give us our whole meal for free, but I couldnt take it since I had work to go to. All in all: would have been 1 star if it wasnt for the generosity of the manager. I do not recommend going here during lunch breaks because the service is very slow.

The food and service is not the most luxurious atmosphere, but you get what you pay for. Of personal recommendation, it would be best to visit this restaurant chain when it is not busy. Visit during the off hours of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. This will allow for the food and service to be personalized, and the food to be freshly cooked. Overall the staff is friendly, but being a bit more professional couldnt hurt.

They need to hire some people that know how to cook.. Or change their ways ill have to start calling them uno applebees.. Steak came out tough and way overcooked and the shrimp n crab fondue was microwaved!! A microwave should never ever be in a commercial kitchen.. wtf.. Ill stay home thanks but no thanks.. I told everybody in my office stay far away

Terrible service. We got seated right away but waited for well over 20 minutes before our order was taken. We then waited 15 minutes for drinks, and 4 of the 7 arrived, and 2 were wrong. The waitress was very inattentive and slow to respond to requests (like refills and boxes for left-overs). At least the food was good. Never coming here again.

Quite unsatisfactory. We paid 20.50 for a small as hell pizza. My mother didnt get onions on her pizza which she ordered. We were seated in right next to the door in a dirty corner when there were tons of free tables elsewhere. The lighting is shite. Only redeeming factor was that they gave us a free pizza with the correct order for my mother.

I just dont get it. I dine here 6-8 times a year with my family. The food is good for the price. The service is nice but I just dont get why the wait staff just seems to drop the ball. Its getting to the point that the my next visit to the Henrietta area I will be checking out some new family restaurants.

Wait staff for our visit was excellent. But the pizza was cold and small for $20.49. Only received 8 chicken wings which were also cold for $9.99. Plus beverages our bill came to $55. Plus tip $65. So. 2 pieces of pizza and 2 chicken wings per person and a drink for $65. Wont do that again.....

Went last week with free gift card for first time, had a marvelous thin crust pizza. Decided it was my new favorite. Went this evening, ordered the same as last week, disappointing. Half baked crust, REALLY hot pepperoni, just not what I expected. Probably wont go back.
