I thought I was going to happy with this establishment. That sure changed very quickly! Let me preface my review by saying that I went here around 3:30pm on a Friday during "shoulder"/"off-peak" season. This was not a very busy time. Upon initial entry, this restaurant seems very nice. The dining area and counter area are both extremely clean. Unfortunately, thats about where the niceness ends. The staff working when I was there were all extraordinarily inept, a bit rude, and acted as if they could care less about customer experience. As other reviewers have stated, no one seems to know what is going on at any time. There were 4 people in line when I was there and every single person had problems with their order and every single person had to wait an inordinate amount of time for their food. Staff were overheard saying things like "Just hold on…" and "Just wait, okay!?", Neither of which are very good phrases to use with already frustrated customers in a service oriented job. One staff member also stood at a register appearing as if she was ready to take an order only to say "Ha! Im not on register!" when a customer approached her to place an order. The staff member then chuckled, made a bewildered facial expression, and walked away. The cherry on top (pun intended) was when a customers cookie dough Blizzard was served without cookie dough. Rather than discarding and remaking the partially eaten blizzard, the employee used her bare hands to add cookie dough and blended it again on shared equipment. They then proceeded to blend another customers item on the same blender without sanitizing it. So whoever got that next blizzard also got some of the prior customers saliva. Tasty, huh? On the bright side, my Orange Julius was made properly and my wifes cotton candy blizzard was good. Sadly, food and lobby quality cant hide the flaws of this place. Id highly recommend getting your frozen treats elsewhere until they figure out basic etiquette and sanitation.

Last night the whole family came here for dinner in the evening after mini golf at Mutiny Bay (recommended) and they informed us that the grill shuts down at 5pm. Stink. And the ice cream prices seemed to be a little inflated at 5 dollars for a small blizzard. Nevertheless we ordered ice cream and it didnt compare to the ice cream we sell 3 scoops for at $1.50/bowl. The owner was very polite though :)

This place is disgusting... my sister ordered a mini blizzard and another customer grabbed it before she could and then realized it wasnt his so he gave it back and then the DQ employee gave it to my sister. Thats gross... you dont give customer returned food. You make them a new one.

Typical dairy queen but with many workers who dont understand what the orders are. Got a few of our orders wrong, multiple times. Others working there made up for them by working extra, though. Also much more expensive than mainland DQs.

they sucked. i ordered a buffalo chicken snack melt and they gave me soemthing with bacon and cheese that was nasty. then my friend ordered a cotten candy blizzard and it came out vanilla. they also did not have a bathroom.

Highly dissatisfied with micowaved food! Thought food was cooked on site! Server was cleaning a piece of equipment, noticed me and took, prepared and served me my soft serve without washing her hands!!!

An island DQ. They charge higher prices because they are on an island were all the customers come during four short months of the year. They have four months to make a profit. The ice cream is good though.

It was fine. To all the people complaining about the prices, if you dont want to spend money, dont go on vacation. Seriously, the prices are posted on the menu, its not like its a sudden surprise.

High Prices!!! $4 for a mini blizzard!! Food is amazing, but the staff do not know what they are doing sometimes. DO NOT RECOMEND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CHEAP PLACE TO EAT!!

$4.20 for a medium vanilla cone (half the size of other dairy queen mediums). Blizzards are up to $6. Absolutely ridiculous prices, small portions, will not return!
