They have good food and the carry out service and portion sizes are better than dining in. We dined in once and the service was not up to par. It took forever to get things and then the girl kept forgetting things. Also for whatever reason the food that day was not as good. My sisters both pretty much tasted their food and found it to be nasty. I just stick to carry out of I order from here. I guess theyre entitled to a bad day.

I moved to the area 4 years ago...I always love to call in and place an order here...They are nice to me and friendly...The food is always great and yummy...I love the general torso plate...( I know I didnt spell that right, but yall know what Im talking about) She or he would say over the phone 10 or 15 minutes...So my food is cooked fresh and that makes me happy and that is why I returned...Im about to call in right now!!

I eat here as much as time allows. They have a great menu spread, and they plate very quickly. Normally you have your plate in 10 minutes or less. They offer take-out as well, which I also do regularly. Their prices are very much in line with other restaurants in this segment, but the quality of the food is far superior. Favorites: Wings, Egg Rolls, Shrimp Lo Mein & Pepper Steak. Keep up the good work!!

What I particularly like about this restaurant is the choice of its location. I mean there are many others: some of them cook better, some of them have better service, some of them even look better (namely the decor)...However this offers me a package of proximity to my home, tasty dishes and satisfactory service, which is more than enough for me to like it and visit it often.

When i first arrived i proceeded to ask the Asian gentleman at the counter for their menu specials. At first he tried to explain the specials, but I could not, for the love of god, understand him. When i asked him to please repeat what he said. He then turned to me and said get out of my restaurant you dumb "N****" If i ever see this guy again it will be too soon.

Barely adequate American style Chinese food. If I could do it again, I would look elsewhere. Kung Pao Beef was just odd tasting. The peanuts were tossed on as an afterthought. The chicken wings and egg roll you get with the lunch platter were tasty. Although they have to be the smallest chicken wings Ive ever seen. All in all, I would not come back here.

This is my favorite Chinese spot in Florence. If youre looking for a buffet, this is not for you. If youre looking for food specifically prepared for you, youre in luck. Ive always been treated courteously, and the food has always met my expectations.

Have not eaten there so I cant comment on the taste of the food. I once delivered Coca-Cola there and entered through the back door. It was horrible. One look in the back and you would not want to eat there. Just my opinion.

Typical american-ized Chinese food. Mediocre quality. Handicap parking should be by the ramp and not in front so you have to walk to the far corner to get in.
