Where have all the good buffets gone? Appearance: 3/5. Floors are left dirty. Watch where you step because youll be stepping in food droppings and then youll be tracking it to your car or home on your foot. Carpets are ripped in places with frayed fabric that causes a trip hazard. Curtains always drawn, keeping the atmosphere dark and dismal like an abandoned building up front. Plates were not clean on the buffet bar. In my attached picture you can see a soggy slice of pork that hitched a ride on the back of a plate before being stacked with the other clean plates. Then when I told one of the staff filling up the hot bar, he nodded and walked away...SLIPPING ON THE OILY GREEN BEANS LAYING ON THE FLOOR FOR OVER 40 MINUTES! Food: 2/5. Seafood salad had turned. I tasted it and nearly threw up. It smelled and tasted like boiled eggs and rotten milk. The broccoli in it was brown and slimy. The only reason Im not giving it a 1 is because they made up for the lacking hot tables with a really decent sushi bar. It was the only saving grace. The sushi here is great! Service: 4/5. Aside from the mexican guy in the back staff that didnt care about stacking dirty plates on top of clean ones, the service was great.

My first time walking into the store. The lady asked how many. It was me my husband and my 2.5 year old daughter. She got us a table. Two minutes later, a guy (the owner I believe) came to us from across the restaurant literally saying those exact words "liars get out of my store i dont like liars she is not 2.5 she is older" and he kept pointing at my daughter. My poor daughter started crying bc she got scared. First of all, EVEN if we lied, he could have came quietly to us telling us what he wants. Second, my husband and I are professionals I wouldnt lie about a kid age to get $5-$6 dollars off?.... this is too sad What is even more sad, is that no one in the restaurant believed or supported us except those two sweet couples. But People had their thumbs up to him as if we were really lying. It was a very embarrassing moment. Where is the good customer service!!! Is he really going to argue over a child and scare her!!! I was so sad..... I will go back with her birth certificate just to prove to him that we are not liars.... and never will we go back. And i will continue to put bad reviews bc of the horrible experience we went through!!!!

OK. I admit it. I love Asian buffets. I try not to go too often since I know that they will kill you if you do, no matter how much you try to stick to the more healthy options. This one is located just a few hundred yards from the Hibachi Grill Asian Buffet on Kildaire so comparisons are inevitable. Between the two, I prefer the Super Asian Buffet by a small margin. This place is well lit, has a wide selection (which is why we go to these places) and reasonable service. Super Asian Buffet is a bit more authentic, offering choices like braised pig ears and two kinds of chicken feet if you are in the mood to eat like you are in China. They have a half decent (Im being kind) sushi selection, a soup bard and hibachi grill section. We tried several dishes and all seemed fresh and tasty, although several were quite greasy. I will return to the super Asian Buffet but not more than once a month and do my best to stick with the sushi, stir fry and veggies. No more chicken feet for me thank you.

Worst chinese ever, family on our way out to see Christmas lights. We had a coupon so we thought we would try a new place instead of the hibachi across the street. Lets just say we headed home STRAIGHT to the bathrooms. Bacon wrapped krab, come on anything wrapped in bacon should be good, the bacon tasted like it was cooked under the heat lamp it had been there so long; garlic green beans were salted oil. Sesame/tso/hibachi chicken all soaked in the same sticky sweet goo. Even the egg/spring rolls tasted like a reheated gas station hotdog. The mgr says"see all the people here there is no way those had been sitting there for long." We went in and 4 of 50 tables were occupied, maybe 8 were when we left. She then went on to tell me "everyone is entitled to their own opinion (about the food). *AVOID THIS HEALTH HAZARD!* Of course this is just my opinion....The 300lb fat guy who eats ANYTHING!

I hate this place. We came on Saturday night at 8:40pm. The buffet looked like they were about to close. 80% of the food was old, crusty, or gone. We were walking around the buffet back and forth, back and forth looking for something to eat that was fresh. We only found a couole things. I asked the cook who came out of the kitchen for more cheese muscles (there were none). He said ok. 8 minutes later he brought out 6. I took them all for myself and my family. After eating thise 6, we wanted more ...I didnt even bother asking. I also asked them to bring out chicken on a stick...they brought out 5. I told the waitress and some man that was walking around that the buffett was no good. They both shrugged it off and said nothing to me. Just walked away. We are going to pay this $35...and never come back again.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years so I thought by now I have enough experience to write a review based on those years. I used to dine at the older local before the restaurant moved to this present local. I was skeptical thinking the good food might change somehow. I will honestly say that my experience has ALWAYS been a good one. The food is fresh, very tasty and the choices/variety is great! I go there at least 2 to 3 times a week. I find the staff to be reserved yet polite, friendly and accommodating. I often see fresh food put out. No stale looking food there. I highly recommend Super Asian Buffet based on my many years of dinning there. As I look around I always see many different cultures dining there which speaks highly of the food. You wont be disappointed.

This is my favorite Chinese/Asian buffet in the Raleigh/Cary area. Both the food quality and the variety are good, and the place is clean and attractive. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. Until 2011, the buffet was known as Main Garden and was located just a bit down the road from its current location. When they moved, I worried they might lose their touch, but the new establishment is just as good as the old one. Id give it 4.5 stars if that were an option.

Well.... There werent a lot of customers. The food was really dry and crunchy when it should be soft. Perhaps if the price was 4.99 more people would go and re-kickstart this business- because thats all that the food is worth in the way it was presented. It takes customers to eat food to make way for fresher food. Currently, I could see this place running out of customers. Hibachi across the street has gone down in quality as well.

Me and my wife go her weekly. Like the food a lot. They have good sushi and my wife loves the soup bar. I can not stand the service. They get you drinks and your check very well but they are some of the most rude people every time certain waitresses stare at you while you are tipping. They will look over your shoulder as you are writing and signing the check. If it wasnt for the sushi I would never go back.
