Solid pizza right in the center of Yonkers. The Pizza Place is probably the best option for a quick lunch up here, but luckily its worth looking forward to. Slices here are just well done NY-style pizza, and youd do just fine getting a plain slice here. They also have specialty slices like chicken parm and chicken marsala which while gimmicky, are actually pretty good. Seeing as Ive mostly cut pizza out of my diet (relatively), I also second their salads--especially those with grilled chicken. This is the same good quality chicken they use on their pizzas and they dont skimp on it in the salads. This place isnt a big deal really but it is a good pizzeria which has other good food as well. Fact is that isnt nearly as common as it used to be.

A great find! Pizza is yummy. My kids always ask for it. But its not just the pizza. My wife loves the chicken caprese and the shrimp parmigiana. I go for the tomato salad with gorgonzola, roasted peppers, and mozzarella. Have visited weekly since they opened. Ron and his staff are wonderful. Thursdays feature music. I live a few miles away so I bypass 5-6 pizza joints to get to the real Pizza Place!

Just moved to Yonkers from briarcliff and I have to say it is so hard to find good take out in this town whether it be pizza Chinese etc. Im always looking at the reviews and even when I order from a 4 or 5 star place it has still been horrible I dont get it I guess the people around here dont know good food but this place is excellent

This is a great place to take the family! its a relaxing atmosphere, good jazz music, very nice people working there, and sometimes the owner jams with the band, hes a really good on the piano player . and the best of all, the food is great! Be like Mikey ! "Try it, youll like it"

Not sure how you can get away charging $20 for this pizza which had no flavor, very little basil, and this isnt technically margarita pizza which they claimed it to be. First time customer and now a last time customer. I guess interpretation counts for something.

Great little restaurant, delicious pizza, love the grandma pizza. Chicken parm wedge is a favorite. If you’re trying to be healthy the chicken caesar salad has a nice light dressing. Just wish they were open Sundays, a wedge would go great with football!

Great Pizza (and salad) place. The staff are great. The Grandma pie is very fresh and out of this world (a little spicy... But amazing)! They also make great salad options too!

The Pizza is the really thin brick style pizza, if thats your preference. 2.75 a slice or 3.75 for a specialty slice. Good, but not impressed.

EXCELLENT thin crust pizza! EXCELLENT STAFF! And the owner plays a great piano! Great Italian food, I LOVE their sauce!
