My last time ordering - unfortunately. They used to be our mainstay for sushi in the area. They always had something wrong in an order, it became a running joke with us. However, they used to fix it each time so it wasnt a huge deal because the food was pretty good. This last time we ordered is our last time because the food wasnt great and they charged me for some crunchy noodles and I didnt get them. I know .50 isnt a big deal but when I called they were rude and didnt care. The sushi was just okay and the Chinese order was terrible. There are so many options now they really need to step up their game.

The lady that was taking the to go orders was rude. Although the menu didnt say my order would be spicy, it was very spicy. After I came back to ask them to change my order to non-spicy I got a lot of attitude and my food came back to me a chopped up mess. It was disgusting!!! I hated my experience. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! My order was shrimp pad thai by the way.

Just moved to the Eastchester area and been trying multiple Chinese/American resturant and they all were basic and not that great. Rice star was next on our list and I was praying that it was going to be good. 100/10. The food is outstanding and delicious. The service is amazing! Highly recommend!

I must say for the most part food is good!! The sushi is fresh, but their California rolls are terrible, wheres the crab? Wheres the cucumber? There wasnt any!! When I get California rolls elsewhere, you can SEE the crab, cucumber and avocado!!

Very rude! They told me Im giving them the wrong address. Wouldnt deliver even though Im 0.3 miles from the restaurant. I wanted to explain where it is, the gentleman cut me off and hung up on me. Unbelievable!

For a Japanese place it basically had a Chinese lunch menu ordered some ordered some Maki tiny pieces and it did not taste fresh will not go back also had to pay dinner prices for two rolls

Delicious food and great service. I have been going here for years and they have a great lunch menu, both Chinese and Japanese. Dinner is also very good and the food comes out quickly.
