Sue & Hai has the most amazing sushi, always fresh and always available to the customer. The sushi chef is highly skilled and trained in the sushi industry and his mastery of skill shines through his creative special rolls and intricate presentations of the rolls and pieces. The service is excellent, you are never waiting whether you want to sit at the sushi bar itself or the tables. The owner is always there which says a lot about his commitment to the restaurant because it is atypical now a days. The food is also excellent, since it is Cantanese style it provides a different taste to many of the common dishes we know today. It is the only place I know of in town that serves all white meat sesame chicken, a pure indulgence. If you like sesame chicken you will love Sue & Hais! All in all I would have to say that Sue & Hai exceeds my expectations for a Chinese restaurant, with its reasonable prices, quick delivery service and friendly demeanor it provides a comfortable and easy way for customers to enjoy Chinese cuisine.

Unfortunately, every time I have come here it didnt turn out very well. The food made me sick to the point where would be throwing up and feeling sick for the next few days. I really want to like this place, and its little atmosphere but I really just cannot. Ive tried several times, but I cannot recommend it. The servers were friendly and the delivery service was also superb but the food unfortunately is enough to detour a good rating. Look at China Star, Hirami Sushi, and Empire Hunan if you want Asian food in Yorktown Heights.

this place has really consistent tasty food. The apperarance and ambiance however is close to 0, so always do take out. If you are eating in, be prepared to ...well be prepared. I would hope the owners put some fresh paint, fix the cracked walls and redo the carpet and generally renovate the place as they would be taking reservations on weekends.. One can only hope.

The sushi here is THE BEST! So super fresh, every single time I order. Also the hot and sour soup here is the only one Ill order from any Chinese restaurant. I have yet to find a place that makes hot and sour soup better than here. Everything Ive ordered from Sue and Hai is absolutely and consistently delicious.

Food was so so and over priced compared to other restaurants. At the counter no oriental cashiers didnt even know who was Hai of Sue Hai gust the placed had been sold we will stick to China star; what a disappointment

Great food, didnt leave me feeling sick at all. Everything is fresh and they dont drench it in sauce like other places. The boiled pork dumplings are the bomb.
