This Panda express is horrible and needs to consider shutting down or getting better management and staff. The managers are clueless and the workers seems to not get along with one another. Maybe thats why they never open on time and when they finally do open the food is never prepared, especially the chicken teriyaki which happens to be the best selling item. Its never prepared! Even when you order online for pickup your food will not be prepared when you get there (its happened to me twice) all they do is point fingers ato each other and offer no apologies for the inconvenience. I hope corporate reads all the complaints because they need major changel at this location.

I wish I could give this place negative stars because wow what a terrible job. Out of almost every food item and were not listening correctly to orders. We waited about an hour meanwhile the line was about 7 people. I think the staff were some of the dumbest people I ever encountered. Food wasnt even good; flavorless, cold, and sour. Not to meantion the place was absoutely filthy. I called the store today to complain and I was told there was no manager in today, which I dont know how is possible. Do yourself a favor and never give this filthy rat hole your hard earned money ever.

This location sucks. Its such a shame because the food is so good considering it being fast food. There is never food ready and Im not talking about just one item not being ready. Over half the items you choose from is always not ready or they are still preparing it. You always have to wait upwards of 20+ minutes no matter how slow or busy it is. The staff is rude most of the time. People constantly walk out because of the wait time. I continue to go because its close to home, hoping I just came on a rough day. Nope, its every single time.

My Food Was Very Cold , Bad & Horrible Customer Service , The Dining Area Where I Sat At And Ate My Food Was Very Dirty . Food And Trash Were Left On The Table And So Did The Floor Had Garbage Flying Around . The Rubbish Bags Are Always Full , So Youll Have To Fight With The Bin To Force Your Trash In It .. Wow the WORST Panda Express Ive even been to. Not only are the lines extremely slow, the hottest selling item (chicken teriyaki) is NEVERT on the grill to be refilled BEFORE it runs out. So if you want to place an order with chicken teriyaki be prepared to wait 30mins from the time you walk through the door and the time you pay for your "meal". HORRIBLE. Im done with this place.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. I went there twice and the first time I thought maybe they having an off day but two times in a row is a strike for me . The steak was chewy to the point you couldnt even bite into it and the white rice was hard ans in balls . Not well cooked period. The low mein, hhmmm never have I ate low mein where the noodles are ao hard.

This place was terrible. There was nothing express about it. The workers did not know what they were doing and when we finally got our food 30 minutes later after having to wait because everything was empty and nothing was being cooked quick enough the food was cood. It was as if it was just sitting in the back somewhere. I dont suggest this place to anyone

Drama drama drama. Servers and chef dont get along manager has terrible people skills. White rice is never an option(not ready) fried rice is overcooked (crunchy). I whitness a server blatantly ask how long for a particular item to be cooked on behalf of a customer and the chef heard and ignored her request multiple times. Never coming here again.

The service here sucks. Waited a half hour for my food to have to choose something else because they had to remake everything. Food is good like any other Panda express but patience goes a long way here. Also, none of the workers had attitude but just a real lazy vibe and youll get your food when we have it.

I leave class at 8.45...at 8.50 they have no food and are quick to tell you while they hurry and wash their pots and clear tuberware! Honestly daytime service sucks...lines out by the door...with the slowest servers...but the young woman manager is the WORST..ugh..I rather go to Fordham chile!

Terrible place. Workers are so nasty and act as though theres not a million other hard working Americans that want their job. Terrible supervising and unfortunately, I go here often because my friends (and even I) love the food. But, we could never get a good experience out of it.

The food is fine, but on my last visit they charged me $117.34, and the manager wasnt there to fix the claim. please when you go there double check your receipt, because the cashier that was there told me, that that was not the 1st time that something like that happened.

Service was slow due to long line and couple ahead of me didnt really know what they wanted , so they decided to taste test & sample the entree menu! Otherwise once I got my order the food was good and price was right for the amount you get to eat.

Lines are frequently long. The restaurant is always understaffed. Many popular menu items are frequently out of stock or needing to be prepared. The food itself, if you can get any, is good and consistent with other Panda locations.

Food not fresh. Fried shrimp was too tough to eat. Like it was made yesterday and left out all day. And only got 3, maybe thats a good thing. Walnut shrimp had no taste. Never going again.

Awesome tasting options. But the only problem I would say is that it is always busy having a big line. Half the time you have to wait more than 20 mins to get the food.
