Honestly the best sushi bar in White Plains and probably the entire area. Hibachi and fried rice is some of the best Ive had too. This place is a hidden gem in terms of quality and service. The more you go, the better the service gets, and by better I mean it gets to be the best service anywhere. My favorite rolls are easily the Red Dragon Roll, The White Plains roll and Crazy roll. Like every sushi place, some rolls are better than others. Ive been there enough to have some favorites by now. The fish is fresh and the miso soup is pretty awesome as well. If youre looking for a candle lit, mediocre sushi joint thats trying to be hip and trendy, Noda is not for you. If youre looking for awesome sushi, ice cold Sapporo beer (on Draft!), in a spacious yet intimate atmosphere, Noda is definitely the place for you. Theyve been open for over 25 years so theyre obviously doing something right. Before 7pm on Mon-Thurs, drinks are 1/2 off, which is pretty sweet. My gf and I eat and drink well (at least 2 drinks each) for less than $50 when we go on those days. Im not normally a review guy but this place deserves the credit. Ive been going there for over 4 years now and still one of my favorite places to eat. Its slightly off the beaten path but easily walkable from downtown. Hopefully this review will help you discover this place for yourself. PS. The restaurant was also in the movie Wolf of Wall Street

I have been to a number of hibachi places, but this one has the best food. I dont even like scallops but the scallops here are amazing. The staff is extremely attentive and courteous. The chefs are friendly and personable. It can get a bit loud, as it seems to be a favorite place for those holding parties. I brought my mother here for her birthday and she loved it (and she always finds something to hate about restaurants). The birthday celebration they do, with the gong, singing, flaming ice cream, and card made the occasion memorable. It was sweet. :)

I visited Noda Hibachi on Sunday, November 13, 2016, at ~4:50 pm. First, I ordered sushi, which were advertised on both the online and hard-copy menus. The waiter told me that they do not serve sushi... Then she brought me at least one-day old salad from fridge. McDonalds serve much fresher, cheaper, and better food. Pros: nice interior. Cons: stale food, deceptive menu. I would not recommend to go there anyone.

Good service, good food, and alway a treat to watch the chefs do their thing. Price is actually very fair considering you get soup, salad, a main dinner, and dessert. Portions are good also, much better in quality and size over Edo in Pelham and Port Chester. Only "minus" is the decor- a bit dark and dark wood tones, but once the show starts you dont even notice! Great place for kids.

We came here for dinner and it was good. In my experience the food at hibachi places is always pretty similar and so is the "show" while cooking it, personally, you get your moneys worth. Theres ample parking on premises (you have to pay) and also you can park on the street if youre lucky to find a good spot!

Very good sushi bar and the hibachi is excellent. I have been in many hibachi restaurants but the food here is on top of the others. Small place, better to make a reservation but its worthy to wait.

There was a bug in my food, need I say more? The manager didnt even find this disturbing enough to walk over to the table to apologize.

Food and service are good. The place gets a little smoky when they are busy with a lot of the grills going though.
