Dined at Kalbi house for my sisters birthday -- 4 adults, 5 kids. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We used a groupon for dinner and ordered the Kalbi, Pork Belly, Spicy Rice Cakes, Dolsot Bimbimbap, Mandoo apps - a ton basically. Everything was good but the rice cakes, kalbi were the highlights for me. Pork belly I thought was not that great -- just perhaps a double order of Kalbi next time. Kids liked seeing the meat cooked table side. The banchan side dishes were all very good and we asked for refills on a couple of items. The waiter was really good and enthusiastic bringing out the cake we brought form Tous Les Jours down the street. Will definitely be back to this solid option for Korean.

Food was okay. Ordered two bbq dishes, bulkoki (called ribeye, not ribeye at all) and the short rib (kalbi). The Bulkoki was shredded up as it cooked, basically turned into ground meat and fell through the bbq. Was tasty, but terrible presentation. The side dishes were great. Servers were good. Two stars because extremely overpriced ($34 for a tiny bit of "Ribeye" which turned into ground meat before eating it). Will not go back again. Im not mad, Im disappointed.

Worse place ever to eat Korean food. Ordered the eel for $27.95 I should have taken a picture. It was a small rectangular tray with 2, 3 Pieces of skinny eel that was all skin and the rest all rice. I told the waiter this is ridiculous and he said I dont know what to say. I told the lady manager and she was rude and said I should know the price of eel. Will never ever go here to eat again last time you get any of my money. I will gladly take my family else where. ..

It was a solid choice for Korean BBQ. The best deal for lunch is the lunch special, great value and taste. We also had the kalbi and pork belly on the grill, very good if not a bit overpriced. It would probably be a good idea to take friends or colleagues out if you want to get KBBQ on the grill, since its a bit awkward with small portions. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, the server was nice and knowledgeable. Overall a solid option for KBBQ in Westchester.

This is the 10 th time we ate at Kalabi .Every dish we had ,has been outstanding.Starting with the oh so good starters,our favorites are the #9 : udon dish, chap-chpe and the stir fried squid in spicy sauce.I think the star at this restaurant is Charlie ,he greets us by name, seats us at our regular table,makes awesome suggestions for us to try new dishes.He should be teaching classes on resturant service. A to go place year round.....our favorite.

One star is being generous. Worst experience ever!! My co-worker and I ordered lunch from Kalbi House. First, the order was placed at 11:45 am and did not arrive until 1:30pm. If the food had been good it would have been worth it. My co-worker and I ordered Bibim Bob the food was disgusting, the egg was burned on top and the rice was burned on the bottom, everything else was bland. I will never order from there again.

This was my first time having Korean BBQ and it wont be the last. We had the ribeye steak and pork bellies, Im unsure of the true name of the dish. The various cold dishes such as the kim chi and radish were all amazing. Kalbi house also has a Japanese menu and sushi bar so there is a good amount of variety between Korean and Japanese food. I recommend if you are in the area definitely stop here.

I wish I could give this place a zero. There food caused me to get food poison. I call the establishment and the lady who answered said that I am the only one complaining. I told her I have paperwork from the hospital and her food is all I ate besides cereal early in the morning. Please do not eat hear its not clean food. I spent 6 hours in the ER because of this.

Very prompt and polite service. Reservations are required. Atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. No matter what you order, it will have flavor and texture, so have a good idea of what you want. It is very pricey though, so maybe only for special occasions.

Really quite over priced. Paid $40 for a dish that had maybe three pieces of meat. Would have paid less in Manhattan for good Korean BBQ. Plus, pretty sure I saw a small roach while eating.
