What Can I say. I am very disappointed in what I experienced recently. First off. When I first found this place. I was very impressed with how things tasted. Cakes, amazing. I ordered a cake for my sons 16th birthday. it did not taste fresh/good at all. I talked to a young man on the phone and he said no worries, I will make another. I got there and this short lady asked me what was the problem. I told her and she stated that the cake was fresh. I Told her four people tastes the cake and it did not taste good at all. I said, I would like another one please or my money back. she told me I could not get my money back because I used my card. I asked to speak to the young man who I spoke with on the phone. She began mumbling something in Spanish, went to the back and starting yelling in Spanish. A gentleman came out and ask what was wrong. I told him. He said ok, I will make another. The same, short lady began saying to the baker "no, he will not like the new cake either" WOW!! at this point she telling me what I will and will not like. The baker agreed and told me I can get my money back. I am not really upset at how the cake came out but how she handled the situation. People like that should not handle any type of situation where customer service is evolved, She was rude, to say the least.

Horrible, horrible experience. The quality taste of the products is totally below the standard, compare to regular traditional bakery. Super expensive prices. Cakes and cookies are not fresh, including fruits, and one example is is the fruit-tart and the cheese-cake. I tasted the cooking oil in all of the product i purchased and it was disgusting. Yes it is Westchester County and things are pricey around here but this bakery is one of the many crappy places we all do encounter and experience day to day. This place deserve an F -grade and I would not recommend this bakery to anyone.

I bought a fruit tart and the price per customer varies there is no set standard prices for everyone. Secondly it is expensive for stale aged deserts. One small fruit tart was $5, when I have bought $4.50 a large slice of blueberry jamboree, that taste delicious at Magnolia Bakery right in grand central station where you would think prices are higher. The fruits were saggy and dry. I will never shop there again. When I was eating the desert it had a taste of oil, it was impossible to eat.

This place is terrible. The quality of the food does not justify the high prices and the food is not fresh. Very disappointing cakes!!! My husband bought a marble cake and the cake was stale. I went to return this and the lady agreed that it was stale but when I show her the receipt she refused to exchanged this bc I was overcharged by her husband the first time around. I couldnt believe that she was fighting me for $6 dollars. I finally just walked out of there.

I absolutely LOVE this bakery! Everything is yummy! My husband and I stumbled upon Coco Choco, and we ended up getting our wedding cake for the religious part of our wedding from them! Tres Leches with fresh Raspberries! I have never seen people fight to take home wedding cake...but that was surely the case with us! Their empanadas are amazing as well! I dont think I have ever gotten something from then that me and my family didnt enjoy!
