SEXIST & RUDE. The customer service here is by far one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life. They messed up my order , which is fine mistakes happen. However, when I called to notify them of the mistake the lady was super rude, and confrontational and told my mother to confront her in person. This lady was super aggresive on the phone. Then starts ranting off about having personal issues meanwhile my mother had knee surgery and the lady knew this and still kept getting confrontational insisting she gets up and confront her in person. She hung up the phone on my mom. Then a man calls back and starts yelling stating we are not ladies, ladies do not speak in that form, and how dare us make the lady cry. My mother was kind on the phone for the most part kept her cool, they need to get their employees in order. Their business will go down the drain. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT INVOLVE VERBALLY ASSAULTING THE CUSTOMER.

Es muy buena la comida pero el que atiende el telefono para delivery es un tonto, no save tomar una orden y al pedirle explicacion pelea y le falta el respeto deverian de contratar a una persona Efucada y no a cualquier irrespetuoso como él.

Los tamales de antes savian ricos y hoy que cambiaron de cosinera no sirve los tamales saven a mierda ... y la comida no es la misma tampoco .. y la jente de ayi no es amable es inrespetosa..

My rating is just based on the food. The place is small but the food is real authentic Mexican food. Good thing I dont live nearby because I would be 1000 pounds coming in here. The young man is very cool the lady she sounds angry all the time but thats her personality I guess. Been coming here for the past 4 yrs.

Its not the most pleasant place to go eat, its a bit unorganized however the food does taste like authentic mexican food, good for pickup, the lady that picks up the phone is a bit rude. I personally like the guy thats there better hes easy going.
