Showed up prime time with a big party at 1pm on a Sunday. We knew it was going to be a long wait to be seated, considering we had just over 10 people. But after calling ahead, they assured us we would be able to be seated close to 1pm. Showed up at 1pm and werent seated until about 2:30pm. After ordering, it wasnt until 3pm until we actually were able to eat. 2 hours. Wow. They did at least offer our table a few free appetizers. Beyond that... The food was quite pathetic. The "Mixed Grill", which consisted of steak medallions and chicken was WAY too salty. I know most of these chains like to load their food with sodium, but this was beyond anything Ive ever tasted before. But hey, they did at least cook the steak to my request, properly. But on the other end...the quality of chicken was basically on par with Chicken McNuggets. Oh, and the server decided to pour my red wine into my wifes half-full glass of white wine. Huh?

The first time we went to Olive Garden this year was a couple months ago to celebrate 2 of our employees. It was a great experience, great food, nice server, pleasant experience. We went again this evening for dinner with out of town relatives, complete opposite! Food was bland and the server made us very uncomfortable, returning to the table several times asking if we wanted a box? No, we just wanted to talk and finish our meals at a relaxed pace. We were not sure if we were bothering her, keeping her past her shift end, not sure why she was encouraging us to be done, but she was ready for us to leave within minutes of us receiving our food. First visit 5 star, second visit 2 star - one review averaged a 3 star.

My family is pretty big (8ppl one time when we went), and Olive Garden amazingly compensated and made it work. We did the soup & salad lunch deal to make it easy on them (tho i think we, single handedly, made them run out of Zuppa Toscana). But even for a one on one date for mothers day or with my hubby, its romantic and not too outrageously priced with the same quality food each time we go(:

Have not been to an Olive Garden in over 10 years, and the bread sticks were top of mind for me. Beautifully done inside esthetically. My chicken fettuccine was great, as to be expected from said decor. The only thing that stood out for me was the lack of a patio. The space seemed to afford it, and would be such a draw for a meal and a bottle (or two) of wine.

First let me say our server was awesome, his name was Glen. He was very friendly and personable. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the food. The entrees were extremely salty. Definitely not Italian food. Reheated Frozen portions with a little sauce thrown on top. I would rank the food a 3-star, but our server in the other staff a 5 plus.

For one its Olive Garden..how much different is it going to really be from any other. The wait staff was friendly and the service was above average. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is easy to find. The meal I had today was over done but its usually cooked correctly. Reasonable selection of Italian food. Clean and accommodating.

Just okay. There were 3 of us for lunch and we all agreed too much salt on everything. Its been 4 hrs. since eating lunch and I cant get enough water in me to stop the thirst. We found it to be quite pricey for just pasta, salad and breadsticks. Service was fine. Not returning anytime soon unles Im outvoted by the group Im with.

We had 5 people in our party. Our server, a blond gal from Bosina, with just a hint of an accent. was VERY efficient. She anticipated every want, and had it there before you could ask for it. There was plenty of food for every serving, and it was quality Italian food. Any leftovers were boxed up and taken back to the hotel.

The service was great and the staff was very friendly. We had went for lunch and were seated quickly. They had a lunch menu available and the prices were decent. A large parking area and dining area. Just like other locations, it is nicely decorated. This location can be busy on nights and weekends, as to be expected.

Nice, clean place with competent staff. Despite what some people might say, I think Olive Garden has good food. Yeah its not homemade, "real" Italian food made by your Italian grandma, but that doesnt mean its bad food. And you cant beat their endless salad and bread sticks.

Food is good, and the service is real good. You can tell that they inspect the expectations of the wait staff. The atmosphere could use some intimacy, but its ok. I have been here about 6xs in the last couple years and I have always had a consistent experience.

This establishment in Vestal, NY has earned a customer. Ive visited Olive Garden in other cities, and left with a lack luster experience when it came to cuisine. Herbs! Flavor! Texture! Presentation! Atmosphere! It was all here, well be back.

My favorite is their simple breadsticks and salad. Their pasta is fast food-y, with very stiff and salty sauce poured over pasta that was previously cooked and set aside on standby. Stick to their basics and keep it simple.

Enjoyed our meal at Olive Garden. Food for all was good and hot. Only towards the end our waitress was a little slow as we were trying to pay and get containers to take food home. It didnt seem very busy either.

On a date night with my wife tonight and we enjoyed a delicious meal. The customer service is always top-notch and the environment and experience is always fantastic. This is our favorite place to eat!

Pretty mediocre overall. Dont ever expect too much from chains like these but the waitress missed my empty drink glass on many passes. My lasagna seemed to have nearly no meat and overcooked noodles.

This is horrible Italian food its frozen and reheated. UNCLE GERRYS TIP: Go to a real Italian restaurant, even a pizza joint has better Italian food.
