Never in my life have I been to a fast food restaurant that ran out of the main course they served. They actually told me they ran out of chicken. At 7pm during dinner. Not that they had chicken in the fryer, but they were straight up OUT. Its always something with this place. Today they were taking cash only. Always have slow, rude service and you will always find employees standing around ignoring the customers. The only reason this place is still in business is because its right off base. **EDIT** Patronized this business again about eight months after my initial round foodlessness. I ordered the "Chicken Littles". It is not my purpose to reiterate the complaint I sent to upper management at the corporate level, but to summarize, the chicken tasted and smelled like old fryer oil and the bread was hard enough to render a person unconscious if struck in the head. A week later I received a $10 dollar voucher, unfortunately valid only at this abhorrent location. Used the voucher. Food the same. I would upgrade the rating from one star to two stars for the effort put forth by the KFC corporation, however, the rating upgrade would be credit misplaced. Kudos to the KFC conglomerate for trying to help, but your efforts have done nothing to correct the underlying issue.

Good, food was great ,fresh, resturant very clean and all customers point of view in kitchen was clean as well, ONLY REASON NOT 5 STAR IS THE CASHIERS WAS BOTH VERY RUDE NO EYE CONTACT, NO SMILE, NO GREETING AT ALL , SEEMED I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE TO BOTH OF THEM I GUESS I INTERRUPT THERE LAZY TIME,CCASHIER LITERALLY WALKED AWAY 2X MID ORDER WITH NO WARNING I WAS ORDERING $45 ORDER AND WHEN I PAUSED TO LOOK AT SIDE OPTIONS SHE WAS GONE FOR 5MINS THAN ONCE I COMPLETED MY ORDER SHE DISAPPEARED ONCE AGAIN 5+MINS THAN CAME BACK AND DIDNT appoligize OR ANYTHING JUST SAID "THAT IT " AND SHE WASNT HELPING THE KITCHEN OR ANOTHER CO-WORKER DUE TO short STAFFED SHE WAS JUST CHILLING IN THE BACK ON HER CELL FROM WAY SHE AND ALL EMPLOYEES LOOKED PROBABLY DRUG RELATED CALL WAS PRIMARY OVER WORK , ALSO WAY TOO MANY "URBAN"WORKERS THEY NEED GONE AND NOT IN MY TOWNS CAUSING TERRORISM. IF THEY ARENT BAD SOMEONE IN IMMEDIATE FAMILY IS GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK. OVERALL HIRE/TRAIN CREW BETTER AND BE SUCCESSFUL FOOD QUALITY IS IMPORTANT BUT HOW ME AND MY FAMILY ARE TREATED ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT OF NOT MORE SO. I WONT BE BACK!

Have eaten there twice in last month and a half when visiting a friends place. Service was slow both times. Food was okay the first time (not great) but the second time it was really bad. We had to wait forever for the food and when we did get it, it was old, cold and overcooked. The biscuits tasted terrible. Both times the place was dirty. There was no reason for the place not to be clean. They were not busy so they should have been cleaning tables, chairs and floors while waiting for customers. 3/15/12

The store open time is 1030 but the store did not open until 1130 with a worker inside still cleaning up the place. I was at the door and had eye contact with the workers inside but they ignored me and just went on with their laughter and chit-chat. It took me 25 minutes to get my food too since they had to cook it from beginning. Do not recommended this place at all and wish I could give this place 0 stars.

The chicken I just got is soggy from sitting in grease and the first person in front of me in line was given an incorrect order then someone came in from the drive through and said that there chicken looked disgusting I think this place has serious management issues!!! Employees were nice just giving out bad food...

We got their $5 chicken tender meal and the tenders were very dry, mostly very hard breading with very little meat. It wasnt very busy (right before 6pm) but the people in front of us were ready to cancel their orders because theyd been waiting so long. Will definitely just go to Cook Out next time.

I try this location every once in a while because it is right near my house. Every time they screwed up my order (I only place small orders, $10 or less) and I ended up waiting at least ten minutes in the drive through for my food. Save yourself money and time- drive to the little creek location.

Chicken was a tad undercooked & they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS forget straws, dipping sauces, taco sauces, forks, spoons...I even asked if there was a thing of honey in the bag today for my biscuit and she said "yeah" but when we got home, we were missing sauces, straws, spoon, and honey!

THEYRE SLOW AS MOLASSES!!! THEYRE RUDE!!!! & MESSED UP OUR ORDER!!!! WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER TO INFORM HIM THAT MY ORDER WASNT ACCURATE!!!! HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WONT EVER VISIT THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!! THEY DIDNT HAVE ICE!!!!

The store was dirty, the service was terrible. I waited in the drive thru for 15 mins, then waited an additional 30 mind for food.... none of the workers are communicating with each other or seem to be interested in getting some pep in there step.

Was the only person in line, walked in at lunch time at 1:20pm and didnt get my food till 1:45! Slowest service ive ever seen, do not plan to come back to this store. If your in a hurry dont come here cause you will be late!
