Ive always loved going to Chipotle. Their meals fill me up for a reasonable price (especially for the quality of the food). Unfortunately, after my experience yesterday, its going to take way more than me just being hungry to get to Chipotle. A worker, her name is Aileen, gave me a huge attitude. Why? Because there were no knives out and I needed one because there were pieces of meat too big in my burrito bowl. After I asked for a knife, she rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to get me a knife. After she hands me the knife, I remembered I was going to get a knife for my friend too, so I asked for another one. She rolled her eyes AGAIN and got me 2 more knives (I think she was being petty). After an experience like this, it makes me reluctant to go back. I was polite the whole time and dont want to be treated like this, especially when Im paying money to eat there. I will definitely be telling my friends about this experience as well. This will hurt the store because I am well-known on Hofstras campus and thats this stores main market for sales. So thank you, Aileen, for the knives and eye rolls! A good day to you too!

This is a standard Chipotle: high quality customer service, good prices, and good food. The employees are fast and very friendly: when me and a friend went for our Halloween Boorito, there was a line of about 30 people in front of us, we were served in 10 minutes and the employees werent even breaking a sweat! The seating on the second floor is really nice and clean. The food is good and they do not skimp out on scoops of meat or veggies. I will continue to eat here!

First of all I love their food. The way they cook it and source their food is something every company should aspire to do. Customer service is hit or miss. Most of the times they are very friendly but the last time I went their there was a girl behind the counter that must of been having a bad day. On a side note do not eat upstairs during the winter. It turns into a sweat box!

Are Chipotles basically the same just a chain Mexican food though the salad bowl burrito is not bad they dont give you enough food everything is portion-controlled you ask for a little more this a little more of that the person behind the counter get your luck but you get what you pay for in this world

Literally the only chipotle that never dissapoints. Trust me ive been to chipotles all over the city, long island. This is the one I always come back to. They get plently of foot traffic as well but everything is handled quick and efficiently! Food is always fresh, well cooked. Forever a customer

Worst experience ever! My co-worker was enjoying her meal when all of a sudden she saw a live HUGE bug in it. How upsetting and disgusting. We decided to leave a review instead because calling wouldnt do much and we took our food to go. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

This Chipotle is pretty great. Parking lot is a little cramped and during the day the line can grow out the door with college students but at least the staff is really cool and good at keeping the line moving. Theres more seating upstairs.

I placed an order online which I have done many times at other locations numerous times before. I paid extra for guacamole and had no guacamole on my plate. Many additions that I didnt ask for were on my plate. Very disappointed!!!!!

Not good place is very dirty no forks no knives no spoons where they supposed to be. Restaurants crowded for people working and they playing around with one another talking loud and not paying attention and screwing up the orders

I came into this Chipotle for the first time today while I had my backyard cleared. The burritos were huge! I am so glad I stopped in. I was in luck because there was no line, the service was quick and the food didnt last.

The cleanliness of the restaurant has gone down in recent months. Maybe its because Ive gone towards the evening. But sometimes theres remnants of food scattered all over the food station. Food not always hot but tasty.

Parking is a disaster. Far too small for the volume of people. Service is quick and food quality is great. But accessibility hinders coming here unless you want to put in lots of work to get to and from here.
