We are local Setauket family that used to order from them a lot. Our son loves Greek food and they are the only ones in the area (the food is just ok). However the lady answering the phone (we believe she is the owner) is extremely rude and she should not be in the service business. Today we ordered for delivery at 3:20pm and we received our order at 5pm. When we called to follow on the status of the order (twice) she seemed very annoyed. After giving her an attitude she finally apologized. Not only the food is not the greatest, the customer service is terrible. I would not recommend them

I have visited this Greek restaurant several times with my son and other friends. They have the best gyros for less than $8.00 and its packed with lots of meat. For a $1.50 more you can add french fries or rice and a drink. I think thats pretty reasonable. Best of all, they get your order ready in less than 10 minutes. I hate it when I have to read about how rude this family is. A smile from you and a friendly gesture can help put a smile on their faces. You never know what they may be going through!! ~SMILE~

My friend ordered some of this, and gave it to me for free. I decided to throw it out and pay for my dinner myself. Often times, eating the grass and leaves on Stony Brooks campus is preferable to eating Campus Dinings food. However, I must say that the veal souvlaki here makes Campus Dinings gyros appear not only palatable, but luxurious. Seriously. eat someplace else.

I got my degree at Stony Brook and have frequently stopped by Greek To-Go. Its one of my favorite eateries in the area. Delicious food, fast, affordable. Its no-frills, so dont come looking for a fancy experience. But if you want delicious Greek food fast, this is your place. I highly recommend it.

Great place to get some greek food. I have personally only purchased take out from them and have always been happy afterwards. I was able to get my mom to love this place which is a very hard thing to do. I would definitely recommend you try this place for some take out.

The price to portion ratio is ridiculous. If you want great Greek food for a good price and portions the go to Voulapitta Greek Resturant instead. I wish I took a picture of my to-go chicken souvlaki, but it was gone too fast. Piss poor servings!

Not recommended. My friend and I ordered gyro meat over rice to go and when we opened our dish, there was just rice. I would understand if they messed up one order but for both our orders? Come on.

Pita was soggy and meat was badly prepared, disgraceful because as a Greek who has lived in Greece for over a decade, a good souvlaki is so easy to make and they just didnt. Disgraceful.

Stony brook grad here, this place was my lifeline between classes. They have good, authentic style gyro. My favorite is the gyro melt. Heading there now to relive some college dreams.

Dont try to lodge a complaint with the owner. You are on your own. She is always " unavailable " . I will not go back. Do not waste your time or money. Burger King is a better bet.
