I had seriously the worst experience here n Christmas Eve. First the waitress was so inattentive, then I was given the wrong order and instead of re making it they gave it to another table.... meanwhile it sat in front of me. Then my roast beef panini was freezing cold as if it was just taken out the fridge not cooked, when I asked for it to be re made they gave me such a hassle, they acted as if I was an idiot and didnt know the difference between a sandwhich and panini. I was yelled at by the Mangaer about the matter as if I didnt know the difference. "Theres a different between a sandwich and a panini" as if the menu didnt say panini. It was such horrible service. They only good part was they took that part of my mean off the bill. When I went to go pay I wasnt even acknowledged, I honestly shouldve walked out without paying. One of my daughters Belgian waffles was under cooked and doughy. It was terrible

I use to enjoy eating at this diner until my order got mixed up and they forgot to add mozzarella cheese to my eggs omelette which was suppose to be american and mozzarella, onions and peppers, after eating some of it i notice the mozzarella cheese was not added, mine you that i had already started to eat off my plate. I asked did she forget to write it down she said she did write. she picked up my plate returned it to the kitchen brought it back on the same plate which i also had cut up some pancakes on. I could not believe that they opened up the omelette put the mozzarella inside heated the same bacon and home fries and brought it back to me. REALLY!!!

Ordered jumbo shrimp cocktail and greek salad to go. The shrimps were medium sized, large would be a stretch and jumbo would work under a magnified glass. There were only 4!!! To make it worse they were piping hot. Then the cocktail sauce was ketchup; actually scratch that. The cocktail sauce tasted like canned Ragu on sale from a bodega. The greek salad looked like it was made by someone rationing food. 2 olives, 2 strips of anchovies, 1 stuffed grape leave, a sprinkle of feta and they forgot to put the dressing on the side for me. I know rent is expensive in nyc but for 27 dollars I should get decent food made with care.

Ordered delivery steak had no flavor, cheesecake had no strawberries which i specifically ordered (dont like plain cheesecake) ordered extra ranch for my salad that was forgotten too and no silverware. Guy that took the order didnt ask if it was cash or credit, so i couldnt pay credit when they arrived and when i called about it they did nothing absolutely the worst place i have ever ordered from!!

Horrible service: Given bathroom passes (two per table) because you cant just "go to the bathroom" and while waiting for the rest of my party to get there food, tried to order a glass of water but wasnt allowed to without a purchase of food. what????? Im not in school. ridiculous.

This was my favorite diner as a kid. It is a classic diner, you can get anything you would want out of a diner here. It is not specifically nice/updated inside but it is in a good location, and it is great to stop in on the way home from the Forest Ave bars.

The greek dude looks and acts like an irate joe stalin and what ever happened to the transie waitress? Made it. Iv on broadway with la cauge aux folles? I had the big breakfast 2x and I got sick.plus.no grits or biscuits and gravy either.

Kings Arm has a large menu, with typical diner food. This place is great if you cant get a table at Panini Grill. On my last visit, the food was average and the service was just OK. Nothing stood out so I could take it or leave it.

Rest. Revs-Feb. 14, 2012 BEST CURLY/CAJUN FRIES ON STATEN ISLAND,NY. GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE WITH A SMILE, FAMILY FRIENDLY AND BOTTOMLESS CUP OF COFFEE, a diner staple. My favorite spot on the North Shore, for a quick bite to eat.

As a diner I could give it 5 stars but they call themselves a restaurant. Since the dining atmosphere is not private enough for that 4 stars. Food, service, and prices are all fine 24 hours a day.

Horrible food! I had a chicken sandwich and the bread was soggy and wet when I got my food. Their breakfast is ok but dont waste your money going here! Youre better off at McDonalds!

It is what it is. If you know what to expect at diners then you will enjoy yourself. If you are expecting a fancy restaurant then look elsewhere.

Too bad there isnt a good diner on the North Shore of Staten Island. This diner could have potential, but it doesnt seem as if they try.
