Moved into the area about 10 months ago. I used to live in Eatontown and would often go to All Seasons Diner. The food was good there and so was the service. I generally like to order for pickup at most diners. I have never eaten inside Sunset so my review is based on two experiences with ordering and picking up. The first time I ordered from them I promised I would never do it again. Was placed on hold forever and after I finally gave my order I was told it would be about 15-20 minutes. I show up a half hour later and my order wasnt ready. There was no one in the place so I knew it wasnt busy. I sucked it up as one bad experience and figured Id give them one more try. BTW.....the food was ok and nothing to rave amount. The second time I called I again was place on hold. This time I was on hold for about 10 minutes and could clearly hear the conversations going on in background. I heard someone say "Ill smack your ass" and some other unprofessional stuff from a business. This really angered me so I hung up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU EVER AGAIN. I dont know how you stay in business. I wish I wasnt so far away from the All Seasons Diner in Eatontown. This place is a dump and I will never.......EVER call them again.

Cool place, if you want to experience invisibility. We entered; and were told to seat ourselves, which we did, directly across from a couple who were finishing their meals. You would think that the waiter or waitress would have at least noticed us sitting there, and thought, "Hey, maybe these people are thirsty...or perhaps, they are hungry. I mean, usually when people come into a diner, they are looking for food and/or at least a drink." My husband and I sat for ten minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff, no water, no menus...nothing. We watched the wait staff walk right past us at least five times. It actually became funny towards the end...you have to appreciate the absurdity after a while. Thanks for literally nothing. Im giving a one star rating, because negative stars are not an option.

I never understood why people wrote reviews until I had the best chicken parm I have ever had in my life, I couldnt resist. I am an avid chicken parm eater and the Sunset Diner changed my life. I am going to probably take a trip from Connecticut just to eat it again, their chicken parm was incredible and it made all other parms I have had in the past seem nonexistent. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is great. The service was fast and attentive, despite a full house. She treated everyone around me the same, even the tennagers, which says something. Food was great. Home fries had a great crust, with fluffy tender interior. And a proper Canadian bacon, eggs and cheese on a proper bagel! I will definitely eat here again, next time Im in town.

A friend of mine Teddy who manages the diner told me to try it. Theres atleast 10 diners between my house and Sunset but still I went in for lunch and had the best diner food. Its exactly what youre looking for in a diner and the place was super clean. Do yourself a favor and give this diner a shot you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely horrible. The worst service I have ever experienced. We walked into this restaurant and were totally ignored. Someone sitting at the counter, not behind the counter said you can seat yourself. The waitress was unfriendly and the food was inedible. Never again.

Service was fine, my friends burger was excellent, my Rueben was AWEFUL. The pork on the Rueben was the driest, toughest piece of pork Ive ever attempted to eat. The waffle fries were the only thing on my plate i could eat.

This place has so many options to choose from and a great place to grab a bite before heading to the shore. The staff is courteous and the food is delicious. Would definitely come back here again.

Biscuits and gravy were very good. It seems as though the chef as I have found in numerous other diners doesnt know how to prepare eggs sunny side up as the yolks were cooked almost rock hard.
