This is the first time I have been VERY disappointed in this place. Typically we are met with a friendly staff that has has been prompt with service and delivery. When I called to ask where my order was after waiting for an hour and a half I was put on hold and then literally yelled at by a woman that they were busy and needed to wait for my order. I understand things get busy, however, let me know that when I order and then if/when I call do not yell at me to wait for my food, especially when I was not even a little bit rude. Im spending MY money to receive a service that as of now have waited almost 2 hours for and was yelled at in the mean time. So disappointed Fu Sing.

Terrible TERRIBLE food! Ordered a few different items and they were all awful. Some even had to be thrown out as they were just horrible. Rubbery chicken, flavors are off, rice is dry, etc. we were new to the area and excited to try all the local foods. This has been our only major disappointment. Would never order from them again. China star is much better. Excellent food, on time delivery, and friendly staff.

We ordered $100.00 worth of food for family party... We got nothing free not even soda. Went back a week or so later.... Person a head of me was picking up two meals and soup....owner says go get free soda.....really???? I told him how I felt. And at this time I was only getting soup.....guess what? I still had to pay for my soup.....there are too many other places to go to....they lozt my business

No matter what I order, its almost always ready in 10 minutes for pick-up. That always amazes me, even if the rare occasion that it takes 15. I havent had an issue with their delivery times. I expect to have to wait a bit longer for delivery, but never experienced the excessive waits that others have mentioned. Their estimates have been accurate in my experience... Oh, and the food is good too!

Unfortunately the food is very bland, and the reviews about delivery issues are 100% correct. Almost 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get my food. Less than a minutes drive from the restaurant and the food was made fresh just for my delivery, but it wasnt very warm.... On the flip side, the owner is kind and friendly but unfortunately seems to be unable to keep things controlled.

One time they completely messed up the order and promised to make good on the next order. Of course they never did. Tonight we ordered from them again and they have, after 1.5 hours, failed to show or call. Were done. I hope they go out of business. When youre tired and sick and just want something delivered, they fail to deliver. I wish I could give them negative stars!

I gave this place four stars because they have very nice staff and a good portion of food. However, I dont enjoy the food I get.. Every single time. The rice is bland and chicken fatty. On the other hand, mu boyfriend is in love with this place and wont order anywhere else. So I would recommend people give it a chance, I may be a picky eater.

Well there are allot of reviews about how long it took to get the food. My experience was from the time I called to the time the food was at my truck (Ryder) on burdock st. 21 minutes flat. The food is hot and exactly what I ordered. Would recommend for delivery and Quality of food. YUM! YUM!

Great place, the food is quite good for this area, great service, quick delivery and Ive never been unhappy with an order. I love the sauce used for the chicken and broccoli, the egg fu yung is addicting and the rest of the food is great too. No complaints here.

Lower than 1 star. HORRIBLE. BE CAREFUL THERE. rude people, espically the lady. Food was awful and late on delivery. was 2 hours late one time. i tried a 2nd time it was 1 hr and half late. Never go there. All my friends and families hate it too..so

Food was good, fresh... delivered in a timely manner. I wouldnt say its the best Chinese in the area but certainly not as bad as a lot of these reviews are saying! I was nervous to order after reading them but Im glad I decided to try it for myself!

Excellent food, Ive eaten at many Chinese places and this one is right up there. You can tell there using the right cooking oil for there fried rice etc, the flavor is spot on. I was there years ago, and it hasnt changed. Keep up the good work..TY

Ordered three different meals all three people were disappointed. Kung Pao Chicken was sour and not spicy. Rice was standard, not as good as it should be at an Asian restaurant.

Orderef take out. Lo mein was tasted like garlic. Sweet and sour sauce was watery and bland. Next time I would rather order from a dumpster.
