THERE IS AN OLDER WOMAN WORKING @ THIS BK WHO IS ARROGANT, RUDE & WHEN YOU GET LOUD W/ HER ABOUT IT & PEOPLE START LISTENING TO AN ARGUMENT SHE STARTED W/ HER NASTY ATTITUDE, SHE TRIES TO ACT INNOCENT. I VISITED BK SEPT 15, 2015. I HAD MY GRANDDAUGHTER W/ ME. WHILE I WAS ASKING THE GRANDDAUGHTER WHAT SHE WANTED, THE 7YR OLD RAISED HERSELF ONTO THE COUNTER, AS CHILDREN ALWAYS DO. THIS WOMAN LOOKED @ MY GRANDDAUGHTER AS SAID, "GET DOWN". SHE SAID IT SO FAST, I COULDNT EVEN TELL THE CHILD TO DO WHAT I WANTED HER TO DO. I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING, ALTHOUGH I DIDNT LIKE IT. SHE WAS BEING PETTY & PUSHY. I HAD TO ASK THIS WOMAN 3 TIMES HOW I COULD MIX A KIDS MEAL W/ WHOPPER JR. SHE WAS SO BUSY SHUTTING OUT MY COMMENTS, SHE COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHAT I WAS ASKING HER... AFTER 3 TRIES. WHEN SHE FINALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT I WAS ASKING HER ABOUT THE BURGER SHE STARTED TELLING ME WHAT WAS IN A WHOPPER...EVEN THOUGH THAT WASNT THE ISSUE. FINALLY, WHEN I BEGAN TALKING TO MY GRANDDAUGHTER ABOUT HER CHOICES, THIS WOMAN VERY NASTILY SAID, "EXCUSE ME" , TO ME, IN OTHER WORDS, DONT TALK WHILE IM TALKING! I SAID, "HOW DARE YOU GIVE ME THAT NASTY "EXCUSE ME" ATTITUDE WHEN IM TALKING TO MY GRANDDAUGHTER!" I HAD TROUBLE W/ HER IN THE PAST. I DONT KNOW IF SHES KKK & DOESNT LIKE WAITING ON BLACKS, OR WHAT. LIKE I YELLED IN THE STORE, SHES SHOULDNT BE WORKING W/ THE PUBLIC. SHE SHOULD RETIRE OR SOMETHING. ILL TELL YOU THIS MUCH...SHES NOT GOING TO TAKE HER FRUSTRATIONS OUT ON ME! IITS NOT MY FAULT THAT SHE PROBABLY SCREWED UP HER LIFE, KNOWING IT ALL, AS A RESULT, SHES STUCK WORKING ON A KIDS JOB, WHEN SHE SHOULD BE SOMEWHERE ENJOYING HER GOLDEN YRS.

Went in while it was dead there was absolutely no body in there! Ordered chicken fries and sat down and waited for my food while waiting the girl who took my order kept glaring at me and went over pressed a botton and my order dissapered I thought this meant she was gonna make it , INSTEAD I WAITED 20 MIN TILL I FINALLY GOT UP AND ASKED WHERE THE HECK MY FOOD WAS THEN THEY HAD TO CHECK THE COMPUTER BECAUSE SOMEONE HAD ERASED MY ORDER AND THEY MADE IT...VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Open at a normal time i know some burger King s that dont open til 7am the women was very polite the windows were number and the employees utilizes this unlike other fast food restaurants which say pull around and you normally end up sitting at the wrong window cant say anything about the food except its hot because i have not eaten it yet because i had to write this review i was so impressed for once about a fast food restaurants employees and training thank you

Worst experience Ive ever had they are in such a hurry to give me my food I forgot to give me some of it. So I had to go back in and they are sitting there laughing because they thought it was funny cuz I forgot to give me my food. Really this is the type of job that you want a job that you dont need education. Oh I forgot you need to get your $15 an hour to stand there and look like you know what youre doing because you have nothing better to do

Their larger portions of food are the main reason why I come here, especially for their fries. If there Decker Mac that of the McDonalds down in Saratoga Springs it would be my new favorite place. Dave also taken their competitors coupons, which is also a nice plus.

The service was terrible. The manager didnt even speak to me to address the problem. K spoke to her and she just looked at me and refunded me for the over charge. Very unprofessional
