I frequent this business fairly often for me (once a month). Whether you are looking to just go out and grab a drink for the evening or grab a bite and a drink this is probably the best casual dining/drinks spot in rvc for millenials. They have a great selection of beers on tap as well as wine and liquor. Their beer is what makes them stand out though amongst the three. They have a very large selection of on tap beers. Another quality that stands out about Parlay is their brunch. I usually go on Saturday or Sunday for their brunch (not actually sure if they do them on weekdays but I doubt it). They have a large selection at fairly decent prices and you get a good food portion. You can tell the food is very fresh and of higher quality. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with selections. This bar is also a good spot to watch football during the season as well as baseball and other sports. They have specials during the football season for wings and they also do contests as well. Earlier I also mentioned that this is a millennial friendly atmosphere. The age range here is usually around21-30 and they usually play music that people in this age group would know and appreciate from the 90s-00s.

Met a bunch of people there but when I arrived, they had most of the tables "reserved" and they would up staying vacant for 2 hours. The hostess was rude and gave us a table directly in front of the musicians amplifier although many tables were open. I noticed 2 large tables being held and asked the hostess for the name of the group reserving the table as I thought it may have been for our group and she advised it was confidential. As it turned out, these tables were reserved for my group. Simply not a good way to do business or maintain a customer base. The variety of beers are local and bore little resemblance to true craft beers, especially the LI beers from out east which they try to push. Even their "Parlay lager" was tasteless as were many of the other beers that I had never heard of. The bar food was equally as bad. Basically a bar with awful bar food and very noisy. I and my group were very disappointed. Their are a few other pubs in RVC that have better food so I dont see the restaurant surviving too long.

Greg our server was on the ball and very attentative Greg was our server and took excellent care of is..thats a start. Its more of a pub with lots of options to eat and drink. Dont know how many beers they have available but its extensive. They also have flights so you can try 4 beers at a time. Now for the deal...YOU MUST GET SLAB OF BACON...did I say that loud enough? The slab is soooooo good. Also had the Adobe Chicken wings which are not bad. Make sure you dip the wings with the sauce under neath on the plate itself. All the spices are in the sauce. Also what was good is the French Dip roll. Also ordered the Artichoke and Mushroom on Ciabatta brrad, it also has some melted goat cheese, if you like that. Greg was constantly checking in on us, and we barely looked at the menu. We trusted him to order the right stuff and he did. The place is aesthetically pleasing with the exposed brick. As a finally, had to get shots of Don Julio Reposado tequila...so smooth..... Did I mention how good the bacon was?

Went in for brunch on Sunday morning with my mom and was pleasantly surprised. There were no lines and service was quick. They give out a complimentary mimosa to start and provide you with the menu for review. We had to move our seat to the bar since the 2 person tables were too small to fit 2 people. There were many options for food and overall we were both satisfied with our meals. All in all it was a good experience though the music was a bit loud and not in my taste.

Truly love the food and the ambiance. Came here for brunch with my family and our waitress Cara was attentive and friendly. Had the chicken and waffles with the bottomless mimosa but what wouldve made everything great is if they had turkey bacon and sausage. I still recommend this place and thank the owner and manager for hiring such friendly people like Cara... But again, turkey bacon and sausage makes a menu complete.

Went there for drinks, was not impressed, bouncers at the door were unfriendly, my friend was mistakenly kicked out and we took our money else where, they lost the money of a group of 30 people because their bouncers couldnt keep the right person out of the bar, never go back there again.. bad way to manage a bar, bouncers need to lighten up

Saturday April 2011 $6 Tap beers. (16oz) $8 Mixed Drinks (12oz glass? Not 16oz!) $4-5 Normal shots. $10 High End shots?! Some Buy Backs. Went out with a BIG group of friends. 15+ ppl. Everyone had a good time. Saturday Night Dj was ok. Full bar but not packed out. Plenty of bartenders. Overall ok place.

The service was excellent and the food was good. The chef has placed great thought in pairing multiple tastes in his burgers. The array of off brand beers made it difficult to choose, but the astute waitress recommended a few and she was exact in her description and suggestion. Would return.

Brunch with a large group of friends in May. Got caught in between the brunch menu and lunch time. Waitress explained the scenario thoroughly and was patient with us. Had the chicken and waffles. A good time was had by all. Have to come back and check out the beer menu more.

Great place for brew enthusiasts. Fun, clean and relaxed atmosphere to hang out and talk with friends. They also have great quality food, but there brunch menu is what you really dont want to miss. Very creative with great execution. Can be lots of fun for groups.

The food is good and plenty of drink options. Brunch entrees come with a complimentary mimosa and for 15 bucks you can make it an endless mimosa. This I a "trendy" gastro pub with plenty of craft beer and specialty cocktails so expect to pay a few bucks more.

2nd time Ive updated this review. As before they still have a mind boggling selection of beers and the newly revamped food menu is much improved with a wider selection that includes a few more items on the lighter side. Give it a try!

Perfect for group parties or dinners the atmosphere is always great because they provide board games!Parlay fills up but you can always find a spot. I especially recommend going during any big events like NFL, MBA, or Boxing games.

Food is consistently amazing. Employees are extremely nice and do what they can to make my experience better than anything I expect. This is a MUST SEE location.
