I love their food! Talking to the supervisor or boss or whoever is in charge is cool. He makes me laugh and I make him laugh and the other workers as well. Ive been going here for over 10 years and no other Chinese food compares to Chang Lung Their food is like the Bruce Lee Jet Li Jackie Chan Donnie Yen Wong fei hung and Ip man of Chinese restaurants, it literally kicks other Chinese restaurants ass!

I used to live in the area 20 years ago and loved it, then moved , now I am back!! And Chang lung is STILL the same best Chinese food ever. Super fast, reasonable price, yummy and the people are nice. No delivery though so you have to go there. Not the greatest location in North Winton Village area but worth it if you make the trip.

If I was judging this restaurant by its appearance, I never would have thought the food would be as good as it was, but I saw the many positive reviews and decided to check it out. If youre looking for a quick bite on your lunch hour this is very reasonably priced and good food.

You wont beat them for a takeout style restaurant. They have really good egg rolls, and their boneless sparerib dinner is da bomb. Little matchstick like pieces of bright red pork all sticky and delicious. Try that one for sure.
